Claims (6)
- コイル部を含む扁平なコイル装置を取付部に取り付けるコイル装置の取付構造であって、
前記取付部に設けられ、前記コイル装置を保持する円筒状の保持部と、
前記コイル装置に設けられ、前記保持部に係合する円筒状の係合部と、を備え、
前記保持部および前記係合部は、前記コイル装置の厚さ方向に延びる軸線に沿って配置され、前記係合部は、その全周にわたって前記保持部に係合し、
前記保持部の周面および前記係合部の周面には、ねじ部がそれぞれ設けられており、
前記コイル装置は、前記軸線を中心とする回転に伴って前記係合部が前記保持部にねじ込まれることにより、前記取付部に固定され、
前記取付構造は、回転された前記コイル装置を所定位置に固定するための位置決定部をさらに備える、コイル装置の取付構造。 - 前記保持部は、前記軸線の方向における前記取付部の端面よりも窪んだ領域に設けられており、
前記コイル装置の厚さ方向の一部または全部は、前記取付部の内部に埋め込まれている、請求項1に記載のコイル装置の取付構造。 - 前記取付部には、前記保持部よりも拡径されて、前記コイル装置のハウジングの一部または全部を収容するハウジング収容部が設けられている、請求項2に記載のコイル装置の取付構造。
- 前記ハウジングに収容された前記コイル部の前記軸線に直交する方向の側端部は、当該直交する方向において前記ハウジングの側面部から第1間隔をもって離間しており、前記側面部は、当該直交する方向において前記ハウジング収容部の周面から第2間隔をもって離間しており、
前記第1間隔は前記第2間隔よりも大きい、請求項3に記載のコイル装置の取付構造。 - コイル部を含む扁平なコイル装置を取付部に取り付けるコイル装置の取付構造であって、
前記取付部に設けられ、前記コイル装置を保持する円筒状の保持部と、
前記コイル装置に設けられ、前記保持部に係合する円筒状の係合部と、を備え、
前記保持部および前記係合部は、前記コイル装置の厚さ方向に延びる軸線に沿って配置され、前記係合部は、その全周にわたって前記保持部に係合し、
前記保持部は、前記軸線の方向における前記取付部の端面よりも窪んだ領域に設けられており、
前記コイル装置の厚さ方向の全部は、前記取付部の内部に埋め込まれ、
前記取付部には、前記保持部よりも拡径されて、前記コイル装置のハウジングの全部を収容するハウジング収容部が設けられている、コイル装置の取付構造。 - 前記ハウジングに収容された前記コイル部の前記軸線に直交する方向の側端部は、当該直交する方向において前記ハウジングの側面部から第1間隔をもって離間しており、前記側面部は、当該直交する方向において前記ハウジング収容部の周面から第2間隔をもって離間しており、
前記第1間隔は前記第2間隔よりも大きい、請求項5に記載のコイル装置の取付構造。
