Description
Claims (4)
- 電動車両に搭載されるモータジェネレータに電力を供給する第1の蓄電装置と、
スイッチング素子を含む昇圧コンバータを介して前記第1の蓄電装置と並列に接続され、前記モータジェネレータに電力を供給する第2の蓄電装置と、
前記昇圧コンバータの前記スイッチング素子をオン・オフさせる制御部と、を備える電動車両用電源装置であって、
前記第1の蓄電装置の電圧は前記第2の蓄電装置の電圧よりも高く、
前記第1の蓄電装置の単位電極面積当たりの容量は前記第2の蓄電装置よりも大きく、前記第2の蓄電装置の単位電極面積当たりの出力電力は前記第1の蓄電装置よりも大きく、
前記制御部は、前記モータジェネレータの要求電力に応じて前記昇圧コンバータの前記スイッチング素子をオン・オフさせて前記第2の蓄電装置から前記昇圧コンバータを介して前記モータジェネレータに供給する電力を変化させる供給電力変化手段を備え、
前記第2の蓄電装置から前記昇圧コンバータを介して前記モータジェネレータに電力を供給した後、前記第2の蓄電装置の残存容量が所定の閾値よりも少なくなった際に、前記第2の蓄電装置の残存容量が制御中心近傍となるよう前記第2の蓄電装置を充電し、
前記供給電力変化手段は、
運転者のアクセル踏みこみ量が所定量以下の場合には、前記スイッチング素子をオフとし、
前記運転者のアクセル踏みこみ量が所定量を超えている場合であって、前記要求電力が前記第1の蓄電装置の放電可能電力よりも小さい場合には、前記昇圧コンバータの出力電圧が前記第1の蓄電装置の出力電圧に略等しく、前記昇圧コンバータから電力が出力されない程度の小さなデューティ比で前記スイッチング素子をオン・オフさせて、前記昇圧コンバータを待機状態とすること、
を特徴とする電動車両用電源装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電動車両用電源装置であって、
前記第1、第2の蓄電装置は充放電可能な二次電池であること、
を特徴とする電動車両用電源装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電動車両用電源装置であって、
前記第1の蓄電装置は充放電可能な二次電池であり、前記第2の蓄電装置はキャパシタであること、
を特徴とする電動車両用電源装置。 - 請求項3に記載の電動車両用電源装置であって、
前記制御部は、
前記電動車両が停止している際には、前記キャパシタの電荷を前記第1の蓄電装置に移動させて前記キャパシタの電荷を抜き、前記電動車両が始動された際には、前記第1の蓄電装置によって前記キャパシタの残存容量が制御中心近傍となるように前記キャパシタを充電すること、
を特徴とする電動車両用電源装置。
