Claims (11)
- 燃焼プロセスのボトム・アッシュから熱回収する方法であって、前記プロセスが、少なくとも、
− 燃料及び燃焼用空気を炉(10)に供給し、煙道ガス及びボトム・アッシュが形成されるように、ボイラ装置において熱エネルギを発生させて蒸気又は熱水を生成するために、前記燃料を燃焼させるステップと、
− 前記ボトム・アッシュを前記炉(10)から排出するステップと、
− 前記煙道ガスから熱回収するステップと、
− 前記炉(10)から排出された前記ボトム・アッシュから熱回収するステップと
を含む、方法において、
− 前記炉(10)から排出された前記ボトム・アッシュからボトム・アッシュ冷却回路(42)に熱回収するステップと、
− 前記ボトム・アッシュ冷却回路(42)から燃焼用空気加熱回路(48)に熱交換し、熱交換器(52)により前記燃焼用空気を予熱するために、前記燃焼用空気加熱回路(48)に前記熱交換器(52)を配置するステップとを特徴とする、方法。 - 煙道ガスから回収される熱によって前記燃焼用空気を予熱する前に、前記熱交換器(52)により前記燃焼用空気を予熱することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記燃焼用空気の加熱のために静電集塵器(20)後に前記煙道ガスから熱回収することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記燃焼用空気の加熱のために、前記静電集塵器(20)後の前記煙道ガスから前記燃焼用空気加熱回路(48)に熱回収することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 追加の冷却手段(54)を前記ボトム・アッシュ冷却回路(42)内に配置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 追加の加熱手段(60)を前記燃焼用空気加熱回路(48)内に配置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 燃焼プロセスのボトム・アッシュから熱回収する装置であって、前記燃焼プロセスでは、ボイラ装置において燃料が燃焼されて熱が発生し、蒸気又は熱水が生成され、煙道ガス及びボトム・アッシュが形成され、前記ボイラ装置は、少なくとも、炉(10)と、燃焼用空気を前記炉に供給する手段(34)と、燃料を前記炉に供給する手段と、前記炉(10)からボトム・アッシュを排出する手段(32)と、前記煙道ガスから熱回収する手段(14、16、18)と、前記ボトム・アッシュから熱回収するように構成される手段(38)とを備える装置において、
前記ボトム・アッシュから熱回収するように構成される前記手段(38)が、ボトム・アッシュ冷却回路(42)に接続されており、前記ボトム・アッシュ冷却回路(42)が、前記冷却回路(42)から燃焼用空気加熱回路(48)に熱交換するための熱交換器(46)を備えており、前記燃焼用空気に熱交換するための熱交換器(52)において回収熱を利用するために、前記熱交換器(52)が、前記燃焼用空気加熱回路(48)に配置されることを特徴とする、装置。 - さらに他の熱交換器(66)が、静電集塵器(20)の後において前記煙道ガスから熱回収するように、前記燃焼用空気加熱回路(48)内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記ボトム・アッシュ冷却回路(42)が、前記回路(42)の水を冷却する手段(54)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記燃焼用空気加熱回路(48)が、前記回路(48)の水を加熱する手段(60、66)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記ボトム・アッシュ冷却手段(38)が、冷却輸送スクリュ、水冷式ドラム冷却器及び水冷式スクレーパ・コンベヤのうちの1つを備えることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
