Claims (3)
- クランクシャフトによって駆動回転する駆動回転体と、カムシャフトと同軸かつ相対回動可能に配置され、クランクシャフトから回転トルクを受けて回転する第1制御回転体及び第2制御回転体と、前記第1及び第2制御回転体に前記クランクシャフトと逆向きの制動トルクをそれぞれ付与する2つの電磁アクチュエータと、前記第1及び第2制御回転体の相対回動に応じて前記カムシャフトとクランクシャフトとの相対位相角を変化させる相対位相角変更機構と、を有することでバルブの開閉タイミングを変更するエンジンの位相可変装置において、
前記2つの電磁アクチュエータが、同時に通電されて作動し、回転する前記第1及び第2制御回転体をそれぞれ相対回動不能に保持すると共に、作動中の前記2つの電磁アクチュエータのうち一方の電流値を減少させて制動トルクを低下させることで制動トルクを低下させた側の前記制御回転体を他方の制御回転体に対して相対回動させることを特徴とする、エンジンの位相可変装置。 - 前記2つの電磁アクチュエータのうち、制動トルクを低下させた側の前記電磁アクチュエータが、再び制動トルクを増加させて前記2つの制御回転体の相対回動を終了させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエンジンの位相可変装置。
- クランクシャフトによって駆動回転する駆動回転体と、クランクシャフトの回転トルクと、2つの電磁アクチュエータの前記回転トルクと逆向きの制動トルクによってカムシャフト中心軸周りに相対回動する第1制御回転体及び第2制御回転体の動作に応じてカムシャフトとクランクシャフトとの相対位相角を変化させ、バルブの開閉タイミングを変更する、エンジンの位相可変装置において、
カムシャフトの現在角度を検出するカム角センサと、
クランクシャフトの現在角度を検出するクランク角センサと、
前記カム角センサ及びクランク角センサの検出値に基づく現在位相角と、カムシャフト及びクランクシャフトの目標位相角との偏差を演算する偏差演算部と、 前記演算結果の符号を判定する符号判定部と、
前記演算結果が所定に閾値範囲内にあるかを判定する閾値判定部と、
偏差が閾値内にある場合には、回転する前記第1及び第2制御回転体を相対回動不能に保持する動作指令を2つの電磁アクチュエータに同時に送信して前記2つの電磁アクチュエータを同時に通電させ、前記偏差が閾値の範囲外にある場合には、前記偏差の符号の正負に基づく所定の一方の電磁アクチュエータにトルクを減少させる動作指令を送信して電流値を減少させる、動作指令部と、
前記動作指令に応じて2つの電磁アクチュエータを動作させるドライバ回路と、
を有することを特徴とした、エンジンの位相可変装置の制御装置。
