Description
・ポリアミドポリマーを30〜95重量%pbwと、
・鉄含有添加剤を0.01〜10重量%と、
・フィラーおよび/または繊維状強化剤を0〜70重量%と、
・銅塩、アルカリ金属ハロゲン化物、およびピロリン酸塩から選択される少なくとも1種の添加剤を0.01〜5重量%と、
・さらなる添加剤を0〜20重量%と
を含むポリアミド組成物からなる。
・ポリアミドポリマーを30〜90重量%pbwと、
・鉄含有添加剤を0.05〜5重量%と、
・フィラーおよび/または繊維状強化剤を5〜70重量%と、
・銅塩、アルカリ金属ハロゲン化物、およびピロリン酸塩から選択される少なくとも1種の添加剤を0.1〜3重量%と、
・さらなる添加剤を0〜10重量%と
からなる。
PA−6:ポリアミド6、種類K122、粘度数115ml/g(ISO307に準拠し測定)(オランダ国のDSM(DSM,The Netherlands)から)
PA−4,6:ポリアミド−4,6、種類KS200、粘度数160ml/g(ISO307に準拠し測定)(オランダ国のDSMから)
GF−I:ガラス繊維強化剤:ポリアミド−6に使用される標準的な種類のガラス繊維
GF−II:ガラス繊維強化剤:ポリアミド−46に使用される標準的な種類のガラス繊維
AADS:補助添加剤:潤滑剤付加物(annex)離型剤、CuI/KI安定剤、ピグメントコンセントレート、担体ポリマー、および相溶化剤を含む標準的な添加剤の組合せ
ICA:鉄含有添加剤:平均粒度30μmの鉄単体粒子20質量%をPE中に含むマスターバッチ
[比較実験A:PA−6−GF]
30重量%のガラス繊維で強化されたPA−6−1−GFを、PA−6およびGFから、バレル温度260℃、スクリュー回転数250rpmのZSK30型二軸押出機内で配合した。
30重量%のガラス繊維で強化されたPA−4,6−GFを、PA−4,6およびGF−IIならびに通常の加工助剤および安定剤から、バレル温度300℃、スクリュー回転数275rpm(処理量20Kg/h)のZSK25押出機内で配合した。
ポリアミド−6およびポリアミド−46(質量比25/75)、ガラス繊維GF−II、通常の加工助剤および安定剤、ならびに鉄単体のマスターバッチ2.5質量%を、比較実験Bと同一条件でZSK25二軸押出機内において配合することにより、35重量%のガラス繊維で強化された、鉄含有添加剤で改質されたポリアミド−6/46の組成物を作製した。
ポリアミド−6およびポリアミド−46(質量比50/50)、ガラス繊維GF−II、通常の加工助剤および安定剤、ならびに鉄単体のマスターバッチ2.5質量%を、比較実験Bと同一条件でZSK25二軸押出機内において配合することにより、40重量%のガラス繊維で強化された、鉄含有添加剤で改質されたポリアミド−6/46の組成物を作製した。
試験に供したすべての材料を、以下の条件に従い、寸法120mm×120mm×4mmの板に射出成形した。
比較実験Aのポリアミド−6材料の射出成形を、バレル温度の設定を230〜260℃、金型温度を80℃として、KM120射出成形機で実施した。
実施例I〜IIおよび比較実験Bのポリアミド−4,6およびポリアミド−6/4,6材料の射出成形を、バレル温度の設定を300〜310℃、金型温度を120℃として、KM120射出成形機で実施した。
Bielomatik(独国ノイヘン(Neuffen,Germany))K3210型振動溶着機を用いて溶着試験を実施した。溶着条件を以下に示す:周波数:240Hz;振幅:0.9mm;溶着圧:2Mpa;溶着時間:4秒間;保圧時間:7秒間。この工程を時間制御することにより、推定で1.8mmの溶着深さが得られるようにした。各材料について4回の溶着を実施した。
突合せ溶着した試料を幅10mmの引張試験片に切断し、Zwick試験機を用い、クロスヘッド速度を10mm/minとして、破損に至るまで荷重をかけた。引張強さを、溶着面積すなわち4mm×10mmに標準化された破壊時点の力として得た。エクステンシオメーター(extensiometer)で歪みを測定し、巨視的な破壊歪みと定めた(多くの場合、実際の歪みはこれよりもはるかに高い可能性がある)。列挙した値は4つの試験片の平均値である。
上述した方法に従う振動溶着を、表Iに列挙した材料の組合せについて実施した。上述の方法に従い、溶着された材料について引張試験を実施した。試験結果を表Iに報告する。
Claims (10)
- 2つのポリアミド部分の溶着継手を作製する工程ステップを含み、ポリアミド部分が両方共、ポリアミドポリマーおよび添加剤を含むポリアミド組成物からなる、前記2つのポリアミド部分の溶着方法であって、前記2つのポリアミド部分の両方が、鉄含有添加剤を含むポリアミド組成物からなり、
前記鉄含有添加剤が、鉄単体を含み、
前記溶着が、振動溶着により実施される、方法。 - 前記鉄含有添加剤の、前記鉄含有添加剤の総金属含有量に対する鉄含有量が、少なくとも75重量%である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 鉄含有添加剤が、重量平均粒度が最大450μmである微細に分散された鉄単体を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記鉄含有添加剤が、重量平均粒度が1μmを超える微細に分散された鉄単体を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記鉄含有添加剤が、前記ポリアミド組成物の総重量に対し0.01〜10質量%の量で存在する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記鉄含有添加剤を含む前記ポリアミド組成物が、フィラー、繊維、安定剤、処理剤、および補助添加剤からなる群から選択される添加剤を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記鉄含有添加剤を含む前記ポリアミド組成物が、銅塩および/またはアルカリ金属ハロゲン化物および/またはピロリン酸塩を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 両方のポリアミド部分の前記ポリアミド組成物が、無機フィラーおよび/または繊維状強化剤を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 一緒に溶着された2つのポリアミド部分を含み、前記2つのポリアミド部分が、ポリアミドポリマーおよび1種またはそれ以上の添加剤を含むポリアミド組成物からなる、溶着されたプラスチック体であって、前記2つのポリアミド部分の両方が、鉄含有添加剤を含むポリアミド組成物からなり、
前記鉄含有添加剤が、鉄単体を含む、
請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法により得られた溶着されたプラスチック体。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法を用いて製造された、コルゲートチューブ、ベローズ、インタークーラーのエンドキャップ、容器、燃料入口系、空気入口マニホールド、エアダクトからなる群から選択される製品。
