Claims (14)
- 熱可塑性プラスチック用の濾過装置であって、
回転円筒状外面(41)を有するフィルタ支持部(2)を備え、
前記フィルタ支持部(2)は、固定筐体(3)の回転円筒状凹部(5)にその外周が適合されて回転可能に搭載されており、
前記フィルタ支持部(2)には、その外周に沿って、フィルタ組立体(7)を有する複数のスクリーニング室(6)が形成されており、
前記フィルタ支持部(2)は、回転円筒状核部材(1)によって貫通され、前記回転円筒状核部材(1)上に回転可能に搭載されており、前記核部材(1)および前記筐体(3)は、固定状態にされており、
前記核部材(1)および前記筐体(3)は、前記回転可能なフィルタ支持部(2)に対して回転方向に固定され、
濾過されるべき流体のための流入管(9)と、濾過された流体のための流出管(10)とが、前記核部材(1)の表面(8)において、前記核部材(1)の外周の少なくとも一部分又は全外周にて、前記核部材(1)の回転軸に対して垂直に延びる互いに平行な平面(EZ,EA)において形成され、あるいは切り抜かれて、延びており、
流体のための供給管(11)と放出管(12)とが、それぞれのスクリーニング室(6)のために前記フィルタ支持部(2)に形成されており、
前記供給管(11)の口は、前記流入管(9)の前記平面(EZ)において前記フィルタ支持部(2)の内面(13)に位置し、前記放出管(12)の口は、前記流出管(10)の平面(EA)において前記フィルタ支持部(2)の内面(13)に位置し、
前記供給管(11)は前記流入管(9)に、前記放出管(12)は前記流出管(10)に、熱可塑性プラスチック溶融物の流体が導通するように接続可能であることを特徴とする濾過装置。 - 前記供給管(11)は、前記フィルタ支持部(2)内において、前記スクリーニング室(6)または前記フィルタ組立体(7)の径方向の外側領域(14)に導かれ、前記流体が前記フィルタ組立体(7)を通して外側から径方向に内側に流れることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の濾過装置。
- 各スクリーニング室(6)は、前記フィルタ支持部(2)内に位置する凹部によって形成され、前記フィルタ支持部(2)の外面(15)に開口しており、
前記フィルタ組立体(7)は、前記外面(15)から前記凹部に挿入され、
前記供給管(11)は、前記フィルタ組立体(7)と前記外面(15)との間に位置する自由空間または領域(14)内に水平方向に出ており、
前記放出管(12)は、前記フィルタ組立体(7)に対して半径方向の内部に位置する前記凹部の領域から前記核部材(1)の方向へ延びていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の濾過装置。 - 前記流入管(9)は、少なくとも一つの接続管(17)を介して投入管(39)に接続されており、前記流出管(10)は、少なくとも一つの接続管(18)を介して収集管(16)に接続されており、前記投入管(39)および前記収集管(16)は、前記核部材(1)の対向する端面から前記核部材(1)内の中心に向かって設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の濾過装置。
- 蓋(33)によって閉塞可能であり、スクリーニング室(6)内に位置するフィルタ組立体(7)を取り出すための取り出しオリフィス(20)が、前記筐体(3)の少なくとも一部の外周部分(U1)に形成され、
バルブ(38)によって閉塞することができる排出管(37)が、前記筐体(3)の少なくとも一部の外周部分(U2)に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の濾過装置。 - 前記取り出しオリフィス(20)および/または前記排出管(37)および/または前記供給管(11)および前記放出管(12)の口に対向する位置にある前記核部材(2)の外周部分(U1,U2)には、前記流入管(9)および/または前記流出管(10)の部分がなく、または、
前記流入管(9)および/または前記流出管(10)の部分がない前記核部材(2)の外周部分(U1,U2)において、前記投入管(39)から分岐する配送管(21)が、前記核部材(1)の表面(8)に延び、第1のバルブ(22)によって閉塞または開放することができ、前記配送管(21)の口(23)が、前記流入管(9)の平面(EZ)に位置し、よって供給管(11)に接続可能であり、前記核部材(1)において、前記収集管(16)から出る洗浄管(25)は、第2のバルブ(24)によって閉塞または開放することができ、前記核部材(1)の表面(8)に延び、前記洗浄管(25)の口(26)が、前記流出管(10)の平面(EA)に位置し、よって前記フィルタ支持部(2)の前記放出管(12)に接続可能であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の濾過装置。 - 分岐管(27)は、その口(26)と前記第2のバルブ(24)との間で前記洗浄管(25)に接続され、吸引/圧力ポンプ(28)に延びており、前記ポンプ(28)の動作空間(40)は、濾過された流体のための溶融リザーバ(30)に接続されており、前記溶融リザーバ(30)は、前記洗浄管(25)および前記バルブ(24)を介して前記収集管(16)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の濾過装置。
- 前記吸引/圧力ポンプ(28)への分岐管(27)、および前記第2のバルブ(24)は、前記核部材(1)の一部分(29)に位置しており、前記筐体(3)および前記フィルタ本体(2)から突出していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の濾過装置。
- 前記フィルタ支持部(2)は、前記筐体(3)内、かつ前記核部材(1)上に液密に搭載されることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の濾過装置。
- 前記フィルタ支持部(2)の回転軸に対して垂直に延びる平面に位置する複数の前記スクリーニング室(6)と、複数の前記供給管(11)および放出管(12)の口は、それぞれ前記フィルタ支持部(2)の外周に沿って均一間隔で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の濾過装置。
- 前記供給管(11)および放出管(12)の口は、前記フィルタ支持部(2)の内面(13)の母線上に位置し、前記母線に沿う前記供給管(11)および放出管(12)の口の間の間隔は、前記核部材(1)の母線に沿う前記流入管(9)と前記流出管(10)との間の間隔に対応することを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の濾過装置。
- 前記筐体(3)は、回転円筒状リングの形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1から11に記載の濾過装置。
- 前記フィルタ組立体(7)の交換のための、前記核部材(1)および前記筐体(3)の前記外周部分(U1)と、前記フィルタ組立体(7)の逆流洗浄のための、前記核部材(1)および前記筐体(3)の前記外周部分(U2)は、前記核部材(1)または前記筐体(3)の外周において互いに隣接する位置にあることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の濾過装置。
