Description
前記筐体の開口に対応する開口を有し前記前面シートと同等の熱膨張率を有した前面板金を前記筐体に応力緩和タイプの接着剤または両面テープにて前記筐体の裏側より固定し、前記前面板金を介して前記筐体の裏面に該筐体の開口を塞ぐように該筐体の内側に該前面シートを取り付けたことを特徴とする前面シートの固定構造である。
請求項2に係る発明は、前記前面板金は、前記筐体の裏面と接する枠状の取り付け面を有する板状の取り付け部と、該取り付け面に垂直な垂直面を有し複数の長穴が設けられた板状部を備え、前記前面板金の前記取り付け面を接着剤または両面テープで前記筐体の裏面に貼り付け、側面に凸部が形成され、前記長穴に該凸部を挿入して前記前面板金の前記取り付け面と垂直な方向への移動を規制する固定用板金により固定し、前記固定用板金は、前記側面の凸部が形成されていない部分と前記前面板金の垂直面の間に寸法差を吸収するための隙間を設けて前記筐体に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の前面シートの固定構造である。
請求項3に係る発明は、前記前面シートは、前記取り付け部の前記筐体の裏面と接する枠状の取り付け面の裏面に接着剤または両面テープで貼り合わせたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の前面シートの固定構造である。

Claims (3)
- 表示器または操作盤の開口を有する筐体に前面シートを取り付ける前面シートの固定構造において、
前記筐体の開口に対応する開口を有し前記前面シートと同等の熱膨張率を有した前面板金を前記筐体に応力緩和タイプの接着剤または両面テープにて前記筐体の裏側より固定し、
前記前面板金を介して前記筐体の裏面に該筐体の開口を塞ぐように該筐体の内側に該前面シートを取り付けたことを特徴とする前面シートの固定構造。 - 前記前面板金は、前記筐体の裏面と接する枠状の取り付け面を有する板状の取り付け部と、該取り付け面に垂直な垂直面を有し複数の長穴が設けられた板状部を備え、
前記前面板金の前記取り付け面を接着剤または両面テープで前記筐体の裏面に貼り付け、
側面に凸部が形成され、前記長穴に該凸部を挿入して前記前面板金の前記取り付け面と垂直な方向への移動を規制する固定用板金により固定し、
前記固定用板金は、前記側面の凸部が形成されていない部分と前記前面板金の垂直面の間に寸法差を吸収するための隙間を設けて前記筐体に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の前面シートの固定構造。 - 前記前面シートは、前記取り付け部の前記筐体の裏面と接する枠状の取り付け面の裏面に接着剤または両面テープで貼り合わせたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の前面シートの固定構造。
