Abstract

一种移动电话的液晶屏结构,包括壳体、镜片、框架、电路板、液晶显示模块及双面胶。壳体设有窗口,镜片收容于所述窗口中。镜片的尺寸与所述窗口的尺寸相同。框架固定于电路板上,其包括上盖。液晶显示模块组装于框架内并与所述电路板电性连接。双面胶固定连接镜片和框架。因镜片直接组装在壳体的窗口中,在镜片和壳体之间没有台阶,从而减少了移动电话的液晶屏结构的厚度。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种移动电话,尤其涉及一种移动电话的液晶屏结构。
背景技术
移动电话的轻薄化已经成为一种趋势。液晶屏结构作为移动电话的重要组件之一,其组装方式直接影响移动电话的厚度。现有的移动电话的液晶屏镜片通过双面胶组装在移动电话壳体的台阶上。然而这种组装方式使移动电话的厚度较厚,不利于移动电话朝轻、薄、短、小方向发展的趋势。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,需提供一种能减少厚度的移动电话的液晶屏结构。
一种移动电话的液晶屏结构,包括壳体、镜片、框架、电路板、液晶显示模块及双面胶。壳体设有窗口,镜片收容在所述窗口中。镜片的尺寸与所述窗口的尺寸相同。框架固定于电路板上,所述框架包括上盖。液晶显示模块组装于所述框架内并与所述电路板电性连接。双面胶固定连接所述镜片和所述框架。
因镜片直接组装在壳体的窗口中,在镜片和壳体之间没有台阶,从而减少了移动电话的液晶屏结构的厚度。

具体实施方式
图1为本实用新型实施方式的移动电话的液晶屏结构100的组装剖视图。图2为图1中圆II的放大图。所述移动电话的液晶屏结构100包括壳体10、镜片20、双面胶30、框架40、泡棉50、液晶显示模块60及电路板70。
壳体10设有窗口(因被镜片20阻挡没有标号),用于收容镜片20。窗口的尺寸与镜片20的尺寸相同。
镜片20为移动电话的液晶屏结构100的人机接口。通过所述镜片20用户可以读取液晶显示模块60内的信息。
框架40固定于电路板70上,用于保护液晶显示模块60。
液晶显示模块60安装于框架40内并与电路板70电性连接。
泡棉50安装于框架40内并位于框架40的上盖42与液晶显示模块60之间,用于减少外界震动对液晶显示模块60的损害。
双面胶30贴在框架40和镜片20之间,从而将壳体10、镜片20、框架40、泡棉50及液晶显示模块60组装为一体。组装后,镜片20的外表面22恰与壳体10的外表面12平齐。在本实施方式中,双面胶30为防水双面胶,从而既可以防水又可以起黏贴作用。
因镜片20直接组装在壳体10的窗口中,在镜片20和壳体10之间没有台阶,从而减少了移动电话的液晶屏结构100的厚度。

Claims (4)

1.一种移动电话的液晶屏结构,其特征在于,包括:
壳体,设有窗口;
镜片,收容在所述窗口中,所述镜片的尺寸与所述窗口的尺寸相同;
电路板;
框架,固定于所述电路板上,所述框架包括上盖;
液晶显示模块,组装于所述框架内并与所述电路板电性连接;及
双面胶,固定连接所述镜片和所述框架。
2.如权利要求1所述的移动电话的液晶屏结构,其特征在于,所述双面胶为防水双面胶。
3.如权利要求1所述的移动电话的液晶屏结构,其特征在于,还包括泡棉,所述泡棉组装于所述框架内并位于所述液晶显示模块和所述框架的上盖之间。
4.如权利要求1所述的移动电话的液晶屏结构,其特征在于,所述镜片的外表面与所述壳体的外表面平齐。
