Claims (14)
- 差込みコネクタ(1)であって、絶縁物ハウジング(2)が、導電性接触ピン(15)を導入するため第1のハウジング側(7)にある少なくとも1つの接触ピン差込み開口(8)と、電気導体(13)の絶縁物のない端部(14)を導入するため第2のハウジング側(5)にある少なくとも1つの導体差込み開口(6)とを持ち、
1対の接触ピン差込み開口(8)及び導体差込み開口(6)に共通な導体接続空間(4)が付属し、導体差込み開口(6)が導体接続空間(4)へ通じ、接触ピン差込み開口(8)が導体接続空間(4)へ至る通路(9)を持ち、
導体接続空間(4)にあるばね力締付け接続部がばね素子(3)を持ち、このばね素子(3)が、ばね力により、1対の接触ピン差込み開口(8)及び導体差込み開口(6)の延在方向に交差して変位可能な締付け端部(12)を持ち、電気導体(13)の絶縁物のない端部(14)を導体差込み開口(6)へ導入する際、絶縁物のない端部(14)が接触ピン差込み開口(8)の方へ押付けられるものにおいて、
少なくとも1つの接触ピン差込み開口(8)が、第1のハウジング側(7)から第2のハウジング側(5)へ向くその延在方向における長さにわたって、第2のハウジング側(5)の方向において締付け端部(12)より上にありかつ第1のハウジング側(7)の方向において締付け端部(12)より下にある範囲に、接触ピン差込み開口(8)への移行部に隣接して導体接続空間(4)の対向する側壁の間の幅(B2)より小さい通路(9)の幅(B1)を持っている
ことを特徴とする、差込みコネクタ。 - 導体接続空間(4)へ至る接触ピン差込み開口(8)の通路の幅(B1)が差込みコネクタ(1)に対して規定される電気導体(13)の最少許容公称断面に合わされて、接触ピン(15)が差込まれていない時、絶縁物のない端部(14)が、接触ピン(15)のための自由空間をそのままにして、その断面の一部を通路(9)へ没入するようにし、接触ピン(15)が導体接続空間(4)の方へ向く導体接触部分(16)を通路(9)へ没入し、その際電気導体(13)の絶縁物のない端部(14)が導体接触部分(16)と接触し、かつ付属するばね素子(3)のばね力に抗して変位できるように、通路(9)が接触ピン(15)に合わされていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の差込みコネクタ。
- 接触ピン差込み開口(8)が、それぞれ付属する少なくとも1つの導体接続空間(4)へ至る少なくとも1つの通路(9)に、それぞれの導体接続空間(4)から接触ピン差込み開口(8)の方へ狭くなる通路幅を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の差込みコネクタ。
- 接触ピン差込み開口(8)が、通路(9)において導体接続空間(4)に隣接して、断面を部分円状に先細にされていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の差込みコネクタ。
- 断面が部分円状の通路(9)の半径が、差込みコネクタ(1)用電気導体(13)の所定の公称断面に合わされ、これになるべく一致していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の差込みコネクタ。
- 少なくとも1つの接触ピン差込み開口(8)の通路(9)が、接触ピン差込み開口(8)から導体接続空間(4)の方へ先細になっていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の差込みコネクタ。
- 接触ピン差込み開口(8)に、対向する2つの導体差込み開口が付属して、それぞれの導体接続空間(4)へ通じ、付属する接触ピン差込み開口(8)が2つの対向する通路(9)を持ち、これらの通路がそれぞれ1つの導体接続空間(4)へ通じていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の差込みコネクタ。
- 絶縁物ハウジング(2)が、少なくとも1つの接触ピン差込み開口(8)の範囲に、接触ピン差込み開口(8)へ導入される接触ピン(15)の頭部の位置固定用絶縁物かぶさり部(11)を持っていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の差込みコネクタ。
- ばね素子(3)の締付け端部(12)が、付属する導体差込み開口(6)へ導入される電気導体(13)なしの応力を除かれた状態で、接触ピン差込み開口(8)へ入り込んでいないことを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の差込みコネクタ。
- ばね素子(3)の締付け部分(12)が、付属する導体差込み開口(6)へ導入される電気導体(13)なしの応力を除かれた状態で、接触ピン差込み開口(8)に隣接する導体接続空間(4)の横壁に当たっていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の差込みコネクタ。
- 接触ピン(15)とばね素子(3)の締付け部分(12)との間で通路(9)内を可動な導電性中間壁(Z)を有することを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の差込みコネクタ。
- 中間壁(Z)が通路(9)の中へ揺動可能に絶縁物ハウジング(2)内に支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の差込みコネクタ。
- 中間壁(Z)が接触ピン差込み開口(8)に形成される案内部により、導体接続空間(4)の方へ移動可能に支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の差込みコネクタ。
- 中間壁(Z)が、通路(9)に隣接する導体接続空間(4)の横壁と共同作用しかつ接触ピン差込み開口(8)内への中間壁(Z)の移動を限定するストッパを形成するストッパを持っていることを特徴とする、請求項11〜13の1つに記載の差込みコネクタ。
