Claims (11)
- 1つ以上のチップ除去ナイフ(8)を備えている圧力媒体制御の皿取り工具(1)であって、
少なくとも1つのナイフ(8)の回転運動(11、12)のために、圧力媒体(14)がナイフ(8)に流れ、
ナイフ(8)の外への枢動(12)が、遠心力によって生じ、ナイフ(8)の内側への枢動(11)が、圧力媒体(14)によって生じることを特徴とする皿取り工具。 - 圧力媒体(14)が、ナイフ(8)の回転運動(11、12)を制御するとともに、ナイフ(8)の洗浄および冷却をもたらすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の皿取り工具。
- ナイフハウジングの前側のナイフ窓(6)の軸受ボルト(10)に偏心して取り付けられ、外へと振り出すことが可能であるただ1つの傾動ナイフを有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の皿取り工具。
- 互いに隣接または上下に配置され、それぞれ該当の圧力媒体の制御によって駆動され、外(12)および内(11)へと枢動することができる複数のナイフを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の皿取り工具。
- 圧力媒体の制御が、制御チャネル(13)から生じ、制御チャネルの出口開口が、ナイフ(8)の押し面(18、20)に直接に作用することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の皿取り工具。
- ナイフ(8)が、格納された休止位置および/または展開された作業位置にばね力によって保持されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の皿取り工具。
- ナイフ(8)の外への枢動(12)が、遠心力およびばね力によって生じ、ナイフ(8)の内側への枢動(11)が、圧力媒体によって生じることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の皿取り工具。
- ナイフ(8)の外への枢動(12)が、遠心力および圧力媒体およびばね力によって生じ、ナイフ(8)の内側への枢動(11)が、圧力媒体によって生じることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の皿取り工具。
- ナイフ(8)の外への枢動(12)が、遠心力および圧力媒体によって生じ、ナイフ(8)の内側への枢動(11)が、ばね力および圧力媒体によって生じることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の皿取り工具。
- 作業中のナイフ(8)において、圧力媒体(14)がナイフ室(5)のバイパス穴(19)を通って流れると同時に、ナイフ窓(6)を洗い流すことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の皿取り工具。
- 遠心力によって制御される切り換えバルブを備えており、圧力媒体を、ナイフの格納(11)または展開(12)のために2つの制御チャネル(13)および制御チャネル(43)の間で交互に切り換えることができることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の皿取り工具。
