Description
2)入力軸を出力側方向に延長して構成することが可能であるので、自転車のような二輪車にも適用可能である。
3)遊星ギアを用いて大きな動力伝達または正確な動力伝達が可能であるので、原動機装置自転車にも適用可能である。
4)惑星ギアと太陽ギア、そしてリングギアに形成される歯の個数を通じて変速比を調節することができる。
本発明に従う多重ギア列を有する遊星ギアを用いた動力伝達装置は、各ギアの歯によってその速度が変わる。また、本発明の動力伝達装置はリングギアを固定させるタイプであるので、前進のみ可能で、かつ加減速のみ可能な構造からなる。
本発明に従う多重ギア列を有する遊星ギアを用いた動力伝達装置は、自転車に適用して利用できる。
本発明に従う多重ギア列を有する遊星ギアを用いた動力伝達装置は、図6に示すように、原動機装置自転車にも適用して利用できる。ここで、原動機装置自転車は大韓民国自動車管理法第3条の規定による二輪自動車のうち、排気量125cc以下の二輪自動車(例:オートバイ、スクーター等)、または排気量50cc未満(電気を動力とする場合には定格出力0.59未満)の原動機を取り付けた車をいう(大韓民国道路交通法第2条第18号)。

Claims (6)
- 開閉可能な蓋110と、いずれか1つのリングギア30a、30b、30cを選択的
に固定及び解除させる変速ロック手段120とを含むハウジング100と、
前記ハウジング100の内部に設置されるキャリヤ10と、
前記キャリヤ10の一面に回転自在に少なくとも3対が設置され、サイズの異なる少な
くとも3個の惑星ギア20a、20b、20cからなる惑星ギア群20と、
前記各惑星ギア20a、20b、20cと各々内接して噛み合うように互いに異なる直
径で形成され、各々独立的に回転自在で、外周面に各々固定用溝31a、31b、3
1cが形成されているリングギア30a、30b、30cからなるリン
グギア群30と、
前記各惑星ギア20a、20b、20cと各々外接して噛み合い、互いに異なる直径で
一体形成された太陽ギア40a、40b、40cからなり、前記ハウジング100の外部
に出力される出力軸41を有する太陽ギア群40と、
前記出力軸41と同一線上に位置しながら前記ハウジング100の外部から伝えられる
外力により前記キャリヤ10を回転させる入力軸50とを含み、
前記各惑星ギア群20は、
前記キャリヤ10の内側から半径の大きい順に前記各惑星ギア20a、20b、20c
が配置され、
前記変速ロック手段120は、
前記ハウジング100に形成されたガイド溝130に沿って弾性支持を受けて動いて、
前記いずれか1つの固定用溝31a、31b、31cに選択的にロッキングされるストッ
パ121と、
前記ストッパ121の位置を調節するためのワイヤー122と、
前記ストッパ121が移動する軌跡を覆いかぶせるように前記ハウジング100に形成
され、開閉可能な蓋124を有する胴体123と、
を含んでなり、
前記蓋124は、
前記ストッパ121に挿入されて前記ストッパ121がスライディング可能に案内する
ガイド125が更に構成されていることを特徴とする多重ギア列を有する遊星ギアを用いた動力伝達装置。 - 前記リングギア群30は、
前記各リングギア30a、30b、30cの外周面に各々固定用溝31a、31b、3
1cが等間隔で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多重ギア列を有する遊
星ギアを用いた動力伝達装置。 - 前記各太陽ギア40a、40b、40cと前記各惑星ギア20a、20b、20cと
のギア比は1:0.5〜1:3であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多重ギア列を有
する遊星ギアを用いた動力伝達装置。 - 前記キャリヤ10は、
前記各惑星ギア群20の回転支持をのための支持台11、及び前記入力軸50が取り付
けられる延長線上に前記支持台11と並んで軸延長部12が形成されていることを特徴と
する請求項1に記載の多重ギア列を有する遊星ギアを用いた動力伝達装置。 - 前記入力軸50は、
軸延長部12を過ぎて前記ハウジング100の外部に延びて設置されることを特徴とす
る請求項1に記載の多重ギア列を有する遊星ギアを用いた動力伝達装置。 - 前記出力軸41は、
軸延長部12の外周縁を覆いかぶせる中空管形態で形成されたことを特徴とする請求項
1に記載の多重ギア列を有する遊星ギアを用いた動力伝達装置。
