Abstract

一种电动工具用三速变速齿轮箱,其特点在于电机的输出轴上安装了三联齿轮,中间齿盘上有三根行星轮轴上分别套置行星齿轮,分别与三联齿轮和内齿轮啮合,拨动拨簧使内齿轮调节圈移动,固定内齿轮中的一个,中间齿盘上的齿轮与主轴上的四根行星轮轴上的行星轮啮合,行星轮又与定内齿轮啮合。

电动工具用三速变速齿轮箱
本实用新型涉及电动工具领域，具体是在齿轮箱中应用三档变速、二级行星轮减速，使电动工具获得三种传动比输出的一种新型方法。
目前电动工具调速主要有二种：一种是依靠调速开关调速，这是在损失扭矩的条件下降低转速；另一种是依靠齿轮箱减速，仅只有双速选择。
本实用新型的目的是解决目前电动工具依靠齿轮箱只有双速传动的问题，运用此结构能使电动工具有大扭矩低转速输出和多种转速的选择，适用于在不同的材质上进行加工的一种电动工具用三速变速齿轮箱。
为完成上述目的所采用的技术方案是：将现有的电动工具中的电机的输出轴上安装三联齿轮，在中间齿盘上有三根行星轮轴上分别套置三组行星轮组，同与对应的三联齿轮和三个内齿轮啮合，拨动拔簧使内齿调节圈移动，固定内齿轮中的一只，中间齿盘上的齿轮与主轴上的四根行星轮轴上的行星轮啮合，行星轮又与定内齿轮啮合。
本实用新型是二组行星轮的结合，增加了大扭矩和低转速输出的功能，同时分别固定内齿轮使齿轮箱增加了多转速选择的功能，也使齿轮箱整体结构紧凑。
本实用新型实例结合附图加以详细描述。
图1为本实用新型结构图。
根据图1所示，将现有的电动工具中的电机1的输出轴安装三联齿轮16，中间齿盘13上有三根行星轮轴2上分别套置行星轮14、15、17，分别与三联齿轮16和内齿轮7、4、3啮合，拨动拨簧5使内齿轮调节圈6移动，固定内齿轮7、4、3中的一个，中间齿盘13上的齿轮8与主轴10上的四根行星轮轴9上的行星轮11啮合，行星轮11又与定内齿轮12啮合。
拨动拨簧5使内齿轮调节圈6移动，从而固定内齿轮7、4、3中的一个，当电机转动时，使对应的行星轮绕着固定后的内齿轮旋转带动中间齿盘13旋转，再由中间齿盘13上的齿轮8带动行星轮11，使其绕着定内齿轮12转动，从而带动主轴10转动，由于内齿轮7、4、3对应的行星轮14、15、17和三联齿轮16的齿数比不同，因此固定其中一个内齿轮就可获得不同的传动比

Claims (1)

1．一种具由齿箱体、主轴、电机齿轮、齿轮轴组成的电动工具用三速变速齿轮箱，其特征在于将现有的电动工具中的电机(1)的输出轴上安装三联齿轮(16)中间齿盘(13)上有三根行星轮轴(2)上分别套置行星轮(14)、(15)、(17)，分别与三联齿轮(16)和内齿轮(7)、(4)、(3)啮合，拨动拨簧(5)使内齿轮调节圈(6)移动，固定内齿轮(7)、(4)、(3)中的一个，中间齿盘(13)上的齿轮(8)与主轴(10)上的四根行星轮轴(9)上的行星轮(11)啮合，行星轮(11)又与定内齿轮(12)啮合。
