Description
Claims (13)
- 車両の自動変速装置で使用するための圧力調整弁であって、
ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内を案内される弁スプールであって、前記ハウジング内の調節孔と少なくとも略対向するプランジャ上の括れ部と、前記括れ部の一端を画定し、前記ハウジング内の流入孔と相互作用する少なくとも1つの流入制御端部とが形成された前記弁スプールと、
を備え、
前記弁スプールは循環型の環状溝を有し、
前記循環型の環状溝は、前記流入制御端部の、前記括れ部とは反対の側にあり、前記流入孔に略対向し、
前記環状溝の幅は、前記流入孔の幅よりも狭いことを特徴とする、圧力調整弁。 - 前記環状溝は、前記ハウジングの流入孔と対向するように、前記弁スプールの軸方向に前記流入制御端部から間隔を有して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧力調整弁。
- 前記流入孔は、前記ハウジング内に形成された環状溝であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧力調整弁。
- 前記弁スプールの軸方向に対する、前記流入制御端部に隣接する前記括れ部の斜面の角度は、52°から72°の間であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の圧力調整弁。
- 前記弁スプールの軸方向に対する、前記流入制御端部に隣接する前記括れ部の斜面の角度は、60°から64°の間であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の圧力調整弁。
- 前記弁スプールの軸方向に対する、前記流入制御端部に隣接する前記括れ部の斜面の角度は、62°であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の圧力調整弁。
- 前記流入制御端部から見て、前記括れ部は、凹面状に湾曲した部分を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の圧力調整弁。
- 前記凹面状に湾曲した部分の曲率半径は、3.5mmであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の圧力調整弁。
- 前記括れ部の凹面状に湾曲した部分において前記括れ部の直径は最小値を有し、前記括れ部は、前記凹面状に湾曲した部分の後に、最小値よりも大きく、直径が一定の部分を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の圧力調整弁。
- 直径が一定の前記部分は、半径方向の壁部により画定され、前記壁部の半径方向の外側の末端には、前記ハウジング内の流出孔と相互作用する流出制御端部が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の圧力調整弁。
- 前記直径が一定の部分の始まりは、作動液の噴流が前記凹面状に湾曲した部分を貫流する際に、正にこの箇所で前記弁スプールとの接触を失い接線方向に更に流れ、直接的に前記調節孔に当たるように、選択されることを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載の圧力調整弁。
- 前記調節孔の幅は、前記流入制御端部から前記流出制御端部までの前記括れ部の幅よりも狭いことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の圧力調整弁。
- 前記調節孔は、前記ハウジング内の循環型の環状溝により形成されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の圧力調整弁。
