Claims (12)
- 일측에는 입구유로와 연통되는 제1공간이 마련되고, 다른 일측에는 출구유로와 연통되는 제2공간이 마련된 밸브하우징;
상기 제1공간의 둘레를 감싸도록 상기 밸브하우징의 내부에 마련되는 솔레노이드;
상기 제1공간에 마련되며, 상기 제1공간과 연통되는 유입유로가 형성된 유로가이드;
상기 솔레노이드에 의해 상기 유로가이드의 내부에서 직선 이동하는 플런저;
상기 플런저에 연결되며, 상기 플런저의 이동에 대응하여 상기 출구유로를 개폐하는 밸브부재;
상기 밸브부재가 상기 출구유로를 차단하는 방향으로 이동하도록 탄성력을 제공하는 스프링부재; 및
상기 플런저에 형성되며, 상기 제1공간을 거쳐 상기 유입유로로 공급된 유체를 선택적으로 상기 제2공간으로 안내하는 유체안내부;
를 포함하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유체안내부는,
상기 플런저에 형성되며, 상기 플런저의 이동에 대응하여 선택적으로 상기 유입유로와 연통되게 배치되는 제1안내유로; 및
일단은 상기 제1안내유로에 연통되고, 다른 일단은 상기 제2공간에 노출되는 제2안내유로;
를 포함하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 밸브부재가 상기 출구유로를 차단하는 제1위치에서 상기 출구유로가 기설정된 초기 개방 구간까지 개방되는 제2위치로 이동하는 중에, 제1안내유로는 상기 유입유로와 비연통 상태를 유지하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2안내유로는,
상기 제1안내유로와 연통되며, 상기 플런저의 내부를 따라 형성되는 제1유로; 및
일단은 상기 제1유로에 연통되고, 다른 일단은 상기 제2공간에 노출되는 제2유로;
를 포함하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제1안내유로는 상기 플런저의 원주 방향을 따라 이격되게 복수개가 마련되고, 상기 제2유로는 상기 플런저의 원주 방향을 따라 이격되게 복수개가 마련되되,
상기 복수개의 상기 제1안내유로는 상기 제1유로의 일단에 공통적으로 연결되고, 상기 복수개의 상기 제2유로는 상기 제1유로의 다른 일단에 공통적으로 연결되는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유로가이드는 상기 제1공간의 내부에 상기 제1공간과 공간적으로 분리되는 유입 챔버를 형성하고,
상기 유입유로는 상기 제1공간과 상기 유입 챔버에 연통되게 상기 유로가이드의 측벽부에 형성되는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 유입유로는 상기 유로가이드의 원주 방향을 따라 이격되게 복수개가 형성되는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 솔레노이드는,
상기 플런저의 둘레를 감싸도록 상기 밸브하우징의 내부에 마련되는 보빈;
상기 보빈에 권선되는 코일; 및
상기 보빈과 플런저 사이에 배치되는 요크;
를 포함하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 요크에 연장 형성되며, 상기 스프링부재를 지지하는 스프링 지지부를 포함하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 스프링 지지부에는 상기 유체안내부와 상기 제2공간에 연통되는 관통홀이 형성되는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 요크와 상기 플런저의 사이에는 간극에 형성되고,
상기 간극은 상기 유체안내부보다 작은 단면적을 갖도록 형성되는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 밸브부재에 마련되며, 상기 출구유로에 밀착되는 실링부재를 포함하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
