Claims (12)
- 特に車両の自動変速装置で使用するための圧力調整弁(10)であって、
ハウジング(12)と、前記ハウジング(12)内を案内される弁スプール(14)であって、前記ハウジング(12)内の流入孔(44)と相互作用する少なくとも1つの流入制御端部(56)が形成された前記弁スプール(14)と、を備え、前記流入制御端部(56)に隣接して、前記ハウジング(12)内の調節孔(46)と少なくとも略対向するプランジャ上の括れ部(54)が存在する、前記圧力調整弁(10)において、
前記弁スプール(14)は循環型の環状溝(70)を有し、
前記循環型の環状溝(70)は、前記流入制御端部(56)の、前記括れ部(54)とは反対の側にあり、前記流入孔(54)に略対向することを特徴とする、圧力調整弁(10)。 - 前記環状溝(70)は、前記流入制御端部(56)から間隔を有して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧力調整弁(10)。
- 前記環状溝(70)の幅は、前記流入孔(44)の幅よりも狭いことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の圧力調整弁(10)。
- 前記流入孔は、前記ハウジング(12)内の循環型の環状溝(44)により形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の圧力調整弁(10)。
- 前記弁スプール(14)の縦軸(60)に対する、前記流入制御端部(56)に隣接する前記括れ部(52)の斜面(58)の角度は、52°から72°の間、好適には60°から64°の間、より好適には62°であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の圧力調整弁(10)。
- 前記流入制御端部(56)から見て更なる別の輪郭において、前記括れ部(52)は、凹面状に湾曲した部分(62)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の圧力調整弁(10)。
- 前記凹面状に湾曲した部分(62)の曲率半径は、約3.5mmであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の圧力調整弁(10)。
- 前記凹面状に湾曲した部分(62)により、前記括れ部(52)の直径は最小値を有し、前記括れ部(52)は、前記更なる別の輪郭において、前記凹面状に湾曲した部分(62)の後に、直径が一定の部分(64)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の圧力調整弁(10)。
- 直系が一定の前記部分(64)は、半径方向の壁部(66)により画定され、前記壁部(66)の半径方向の外側の末端には、前記ハウジング(12)内の流出孔(48)と相互作用する流出制御端部(68)が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の圧力調整弁(10)。
- 前記直径が一定の部分(64)の始まりは、作動液の噴流が前記凹面状に湾曲した部分(62)を貫流する際に、正にこの箇所で前記弁スプール(14)との接触を失い接線方向に更に流れ、直接的に前記調節孔(46)に当たるように、選択されることを特徴とする、請求項8又は9のいずれか1項に記載の圧力調整弁。
- 前記調節孔(46)の幅は、前記流入制御端部(56)から前記流出制御端部(68)までの前記括れ部(52)の幅よりも僅かに狭いことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の圧力調整弁(10)。
- 前記調節孔は、前記ハウジング(12)内の循環型の環状溝(46)により形成されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の圧力調整弁(10)。
