Abstract
【解決手段】ハウジング部分10、20を介して流れる圧力媒体の通過流量を調整するための電磁流体バルブであって、ハウジング部分10、20は、圧力媒体のための互いに対向して存在する少なくとも2つの入口開口12、22と少なくとも1つの出口開口Aとを有し、かつ入口開口12、22と出口開口Aとの間に位置づけられるチャネルKは、圧力媒体の通過流量を調整するために軸方向へ動作可能なスライド30によって開閉されることが可能であり、ピン50は、流体バルブの中心軸Xを中心として前記チャネルKへと突き出し、ピン50には、フローガイドのために、少なくとも略円錐、角錐または双曲線設計である外部輪郭が装備され、圧力媒体はピン50の外部輪郭に当たり、出口開口A方向へ迂回される。

Claims (6)
- ハウジング部分(10、20)を介して流れる圧力媒体の通過流量を調整するための電磁流体バルブであって、前記ハウジング部分(10、20)は、前記圧力媒体のための互いに対向して存在する少なくとも2つの入口開口(12、22)と少なくとも1つの出口開口(A)とを有し、かつ前記入口開口(12、22)と前記出口開口(A)との間に位置づけられるチャネル(K)は、前記圧力媒体の前記通過流量を調整するために軸方向へ動作可能なスライド(30)によって多かれ少なかれ閉鎖されることが可能であり、ピン(50)は、前記流体バルブの中心軸(X)を中心として前記チャネル(K)へと突き出し、
前記ピン(50)には、フローガイドのために、少なくとも略円錐、角錐少なくともまたは双曲線設計である外部輪郭が装備され、その結果、前記入口開口(12、22)から流れる前記圧力媒体は前記ピン(50)の前記外部輪郭に当たり、かつ好ましくは、前記少なくとも1つの出口開口(A)方向へ迂回されることを特徴とする電磁流体バルブ。 - 前記ピン(50)は、ダブルコーンまたは単一の双曲面の形式である外部輪郭を少なくとも略有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電磁流体バルブ。
- 前記ピン(50)は、ダンパエレメント(60)へ固定式に接続される、好ましくはねじ止めされることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電磁流体バルブ。
- 前記スライド(30)は内側のスライドとして構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の電磁流体バルブ。
- 前記ピン(50)は、前記入口開口(12、22)を完全に超えて軸方向へ突き出すことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の電磁流体バルブ。
- 前記出口開口(A)とは反対側に面する前記ピン(50)の端面(52)は、前記可動スライド(30)の内径に少なくとも略一致する直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電磁流体バルブ。
