Claims (13)
- 少なくとも1つの入口領域(P)と、互いに連結された2つのシート弁(23、24)により流体的に互いに接続可能である第1出口領域及び第2出口領域(A、T)とを備え、第1シート弁(23)により前記入口領域(P)から前記第1出口領域及び第2出口領域(A、T)へ向かう流体流入を調整可能であり、第2シート弁(24)により前記第1出口領域及び第2出口領域間の流体流出を調整可能である流体用の圧力制御弁装置(10)において、前記第1シート弁(23)の上流側には前記入口領域(P)において第1流れガイド手段(26)が配置され、該第1流れガイド手段(26)は前記第1シート弁(23)の領域における流体に所定の流れ特性を付与するものであり、第2流れガイド手段(28)が、前記第2シート弁(24)の上流側で、流体的に前記第1及び第2出口領域(A、T)の間に配置され、かつ、前記第2出口領域(T)へ流れる流体を、前記第2シート弁(24)の領域で旋回流に変化させるよう構成されることを特徴とする圧力制御弁装置(10)。
- 請求項1に記載の圧力制御弁装置(10)であって、前記第1流れガイド手段(26)は、前記第1シート弁(23)を通過する流体が実質的に薄いフィルム状の流れとして前記第1シート弁(23)の弁体(231)に沿って流れるよう構成される圧力制御弁装置(10)。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の圧力制御弁装置(10)であって、前記第1流れガイド手段(26)は、前記第1シート弁(23)の領域における流体を旋回流とするよう構成される圧力制御弁装置(10)。
- 請求項1又は3に記載の圧力制御弁装置(10)であって、前記第1流れガイド手段(26)及び第2流れガイド手段(28)は、前記第1シート弁(23)による流体の旋回流、及び前記第2シート弁(24)による流体の旋回流が、同一の回転方向を有するよう構成される圧力制御弁装置(10)。
- 請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の圧力制御弁装置(10)であって、前記第1流れガイド手段(26)は少なくとも1つの流れガイド管(261)を有し、該流れガイド管(261)は、少なくとも前記第1シート弁(23)の弁口(234)にほぼ接して入口領域(P)と接続する圧力制御弁装置(10)。
- 請求項5に記載の圧力制御弁装置(10)であって、前記少なくとも1つの流れガイド管(261)は、下流側で前記第1シート弁(23)の弁口(234)に向けて漏斗形状で進む圧力制御弁装置(10)。
- 請求項6に記載の圧力制御弁装置(10)であって、前記漏斗形状の開口角(ALPHA)は、40度乃至80度、好適には60度±10度である圧力制御弁装置(10)。
- 請求項5〜7の何れか一項に記載の圧力制御弁装置(10)であって、前記少なくとも1つの流れガイド管(261)の幅(B)は、圧力制御弁装置(10)の長手方向軸線(L)に近づくにつれて減少する圧力制御弁装置(10)。
- 請求項8に記載の圧力制御弁装置(10)であって、前記流れガイド管(261)の断面は、前記圧力制御弁装置(10)の長手方向軸線(L)に対する垂直面上でプロペラ形状である圧力制御弁装置(10)。
- 請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の圧力制御弁装置(10)であって、前記第1シート弁(23)の弁制御切欠(233)が、少なくともほぼ鋭角又は直角(BETA)である圧力制御弁装置(10)。
- 請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の圧力制御弁装置(10)であって、前記第1シート弁(23)の弁口(234)は、弁制御切欠(233)又は前記第1シート弁(23)の制御面の下流側で連続的に拡がる圧力制御弁装置(10)。
- 請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載の圧力制御弁装置(10)であって、電磁石(12、13、14)、好適には前記第1及び第2シート弁(23、24)の弁体(231、241)を駆動する比例電磁石を備える圧力制御弁装置(10)。
- 請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載の圧力制御弁装置(10)で構成された、特に車両用変速機用の液圧式圧力制御弁装置(10)。
