Claims (10)
- 特に車両の自動変速機のためのスプール弁(2;92;112;142)であって、
スプール管(6)内を摺動可能なスプール弁体(10;94;114;154)と、
2つの隣り合う接続管(12、14;14、16)と、
を備え、
前記スプール管(6)と前記スプール弁体(10;94;114;154)とは、
前記スプール弁体(10;94;114;154)が、スプール開放ポジションにおいて、前記2つの隣り合う接続管(12、14;14、16)の間の流体連結を形成し、前記スプール弁体(10;94;114;154)が、前記スプール解放ポジションにおいて、前記隣り合う接続管(12、14;14、16)の間の前記スプール管(6)の区間(34;66)内に案内されているように、
構成されることを特徴とする、スプール弁(2;92;112;142)。 - 前記スプール解放ポジションのための前記スプール弁体(10;94;114;154)の開口区間(20;20a;20b)は、前記隣り合う接続管(12、14;14、16)の間の前記スプール管(6)の前記区間(34;66)内での前記流体連結のために、横断面沈降部(26;28;88;116;118;150;152)を有する、請求項1に記載のスプール弁(2;92;112;142)。
- 前記スプール解放ポジションのための前記スプール弁体(10;94;114;154)の前記開口区間(20;20a;20b)は、前記スプール管(6)内で前記スプール弁体(10;94;114;154)を案内するためのガイド区間(30;32;90;130;132)を有し、前記ガイド区間(30;32;90;130;132)は、前記スプール弁体(10;94;114;154)の隣接する閉鎖区間(22;24)のガイド外面(68;70)へと基本的に連続的に変わる、請求項1又は2に記載のスプール弁(2;92;112;142)。
- 第1の横断面沈降部(26)は、前記スプール弁体(10;94;114;154)の横断面において、円周方向に、当該第1の横断面沈降部(26)に隣接する第2の横断面沈降部(28)までと基本的に同じ間隔を、当該第1の横断面沈降部(26)に隣接する第3の横断面沈降部(88)とも取り、及び/又は、第1のガイド区間(30)は、前記スプール弁体(10;94;114;154)の横断面において、円周方向に、当該第1のガイド区間(30)に隣接する第2のガイド区間(32)までと基本的に同じ間隔を、当該第1のガイド区間(30)に隣接する第3のガイド区間(90)とも取る、請求項2又は3に記載のスプール弁(2;92;112;142)。
- 前記スプール弁体(10;114)の横断面上のガイド区間(30、90;130;132)及び/又は横断面沈降部(28、88;116、136)は、基本的に、前記スプール弁体(114)の横断面中心点に対して点対称であり、及び/又は、前記スプール弁体(10)の前記横断面中心点を通る対称軸(38)に対して非対称である、請求項2又は3に記載のスプール弁(2;92;112;142)。
- 前記接続管(12;14;16)のうちの1つは、前記スプール管(6)の長手方向軸(8)と直交して、前記スプール管(6)の前記接続管(12;14;16)に隣接する区間(34;66)の横径(50)よりも大きな直径(42;38;40)を有する、請求項1に記載のスプール弁(2;92;112;142)。
- 前記スプール弁体(102)は、通路(102、104)を有し、前記通路(102、104)は、前記スプール弁体(102)の圧力発生ポジションにおいて、作動圧力接続管(14)と圧力室(98)との間の流体連結を形成し、前記スプール弁体(102)のためのアクチュエータの方を向かない、前記スプール弁体(102)の端面(54)には、前記圧力室(98)を介して圧力を印加することが可能である、請求項1に記載のスプール弁(92)。
- 前記スプール解放ポジションのための前記スプール弁体(114;154)の開口区間(20)は、前記スプール弁体(114;154)の長手方向に直径変化部(120)を有し、前記直径変化部(120)は、前記スプール弁体(114、154)の長手方向において、前記開口区間(20)の制御端面(138;140;142;144)から離して配置される、請求項1に記載のスプール弁(112;142)。
- 前記スプール弁体(114)の前記直径変化部(120)は、前記スプール弁体(114)の長手方向に対して特に基本的に直交して方向付けられた部分環状面(134)を形成し、少なくとも、前記部分環状面(134)の法線ベクトルの少なくとも1つの成分が、基本的に、前記スプール弁体(114)のためのアクチュエータが配置されている方向に向かって方向付けられる、請求項8に記載のスプール弁(112)。
- 前記スプール弁(2)のハウジング(4)は、通路(58、59)を有し、前記通路(58、59)は、作動圧力接続管(14)と圧力室(56)との間の流体連結を形成し、前記スプール弁体(10)のためのアクチュエータの方を向かない、前記スプール弁体(10)の端面(54)には、前記圧力室(56)を介して圧力を印加することが可能である、請求項1に記載のスプール弁(2)。
