Description
Claims (15)
- エンハンスメント積層表示装置システムを生成する方法であって、
光学接着液を第1の基板へと送出するステップ、
光学接着液を第1の基板上で硬化させることによって、接着剤予備形成物ユニットを形成するステップ、および
前記光学接着液の第1の基板上での硬化後に、前記接着剤予備形成物ユニットを第2の基板へと積層して、エンハンスメント積層表示装置システムを形成するステップ
を含んでおり、
第1の基板および第2の基板の一方が、表示装置であり、前記接着剤予備形成物ユニットを形成するステップが、前記第1の基板を接着剤プールに配置し、該接着剤プールを所定のレベルまで満たして、前記基板の全体に所定の一様な接合線厚さを生成することを含んでいる方法。 - 前記第2の基板が、液晶表示装置、有機発光表示装置、および電子ペーパー表示装置のうちの1つである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 光学接着液を送出するステップが、前記第1の基板および前記第2の基板の一方または両方に屈折率を整合させた接着剤を送出することを含んでいる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 光学接着液を送出するステップが、二成分の白金硬化シリコーン接着剤を送出することを含んでいる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 光学接着液を送出するステップが、ガラス製のオーバレイおよびプラスチック製のオーバレイのうちの1つへと接着材料を送出することを含んでいる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 光学接着液を送出するステップおよび接着剤予備形成物ユニットを形成するステップが、第1の場所で実行され、接着剤予備形成物ユニットを第2の基板へと積層するステップが、第2の場所で実行される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 接着剤プールを満たすことが、端部効果を実質的に軽減すべく、光学接着液を前記第1の基板の外周を過ぎて広げることを含んでいる請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記光学接着液を硬化させるステップが、IRヒータを使用して前記第1の基板を加熱することを含んでいる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記光学接着液を硬化させるステップが、前記接着材料および第1の基板を少なくとも150℃まで加熱することを含んでいる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤予備形成物ユニットを第2の基板へと積層するステップが、気泡の形成を少なくすべく積層時に前記第1の基板を変形させることを含んでいる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記エンハンスメント積層表示装置システムを、気泡の形成からの光学的欠陥を減らすべく圧力および熱の少なくとも一方によって処理するステップ
