Claims (15)
- スライド面(8)を有する支持本体部(2)と、留め具(10)が挿設される少なくとも1つの収容穴(3)とを備え、前記収容穴(3)が小径部(5)及び大径部(6)を備えており、該大径部(6)が前記スライド面(8)から離間した位置に形成されていることを特徴とするスライド部材(1)。
- 突起部(12)が少なくとも前記小径部(5)の全長にわたって延在していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスライド部材。
- 前記突起部(12)の包絡線(30)の直径(D2)が、前記小径部(5)の直径(D3)よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のスライド部材。
- 前記突起部(12)の包絡線(30)の直径(D2)が、前記大径部(6)の直径(D4)よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のスライド部材。
- 前記留め具(10)の直径(D1)が、前記小径部(5)の直径(D3)よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のスライド部材。
- 前記支持本体部(2)が鋳鉄で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のスライド部材。
- すべり対象物に対して対向する端面部(20)と、外周面(18)とを有し、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のスライド部材(1)の支持本体部(2)内に挿設される留め具(10)において、
前記外周面(18)が、当該留め具(10)の長手軸中心線(28)方向に延在する少なくとも1つの突起部(12)を備えていることを特徴とする留め具。 - 前記突起部(12)の数を最大で10としたことを特徴とする請求項7記載の留め具。
- 前記突起部(12)が前記外周面(18)全体にわたって均等に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項7又は8記載の留め具。
- 前記突起部(12)が、三角形状、半円状又は台形状の断面形状を有することを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の留め具。
- 当該留め具(10)が外面部(18)を有する円筒状の形状を有するとともに、前記突起部(12)が前記外面部(18)に位置していることを特徴とする請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載の留め具。
- 前記突起部(12)の厚さ(D)が当該留め具(10)の前記外周面(18)の直径(D1)の2〜4%であることを特徴とする請求項7〜11のいずれか1項に記載の留め具。
- 当該留め具(10)の材料が、固定潤滑剤を含有するクロムニッケル鋼から成る基質を有することを特徴とする請求項7〜12のいずれか1項に記載の留め具。
- 前記突起部(12)が、当該留め具(10)の全長の少なくとも50%にわたって延在していることを特徴とする請求項7〜13のいずれか1項に記載の留め具。
- 前記突起部(12)が、当該留め具(10)の全長にわたって延在していることを特徴とする請求項14記載の留め具。
