Claims (10)
- バッテリ(7)の温度調節のためにケース及び導熱板(8)を備え、前記バッテリ(7)が複数の個別セル(1)を有しており、個別セル(1)には長手方向の端部にそれぞれ極(3)が設けられ、複数の個別セルがセル結合体(11.1又は11.2)にまとめられ、2つの隣り合うセル結合体(11.1、11.2)の互いに隣接する個別セル(1)の極(3)が互いに向かい合っており、前記バッテリ(7)は、長手方向に前後に配置された少なくとも2つの前記セル結合体(11.1、11.2)を備え、セル結合体(11.1又は11.2)の個別セルが熱伝導するように前記導熱板(8)に接続され、隣り合うセル結合体(11.1、11.2)の、互いに向かい合っている極(3)が、前記導熱板(8)の穴(9)の中に入り込み、そこで電気的に接続されているバッテリ(7)であって、
前後に配置された前記各セル結合体(11.1、11.2)の間に前記導熱板(8)が配置されており、セル結合体(11.1又は11.2)の各個別セル(1)が熱伝導するように前記導熱板(8)に接続され、前記極(3)がネジ山(4)を有しており、前後に配置されたセル結合体(11.1、11.2)に属する互いに隣接する個別セル(1)の前記極(3)が、互いに向かい合うネジ付きスリーブ(5)の中にねじ込まれることができ、前記ネジ付きスリーブ(5)によって電気的に接続される個別セル(1)が、また前記ネジ付きスリーブ(5)によって前記導熱板(8)に固定されることを特徴とするバッテリ。 - セル結合体(11.1、11.2)が、互いに隣接して平行に配置された複数の個別セル(1)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリ。
- 隣接するセル結合体(11.1、11.2)の個別セル(1)が、ネジ付きスリーブ(5)によって互いに電気的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記ネジ付きスリーブ(5)によって電気的に相互接続されている前記個別セル(1)が、前記ネジ付きスリーブ(5)によって前記導熱板(8)に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリ。
- それぞれの前記個別セル(1)の、前記導熱板(8)を向いている前記極(3)の上に、それぞれ少なくとも1つの絶縁リング(6)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記絶縁リング(6)が、プラスチックから形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリ。
- ケース内部において、前記導熱板(8)と前記セル結合体(1)との間の中間スペース並びに前記個別セル(1)の間に、電気的に絶縁している、熱伝導性の注形コンパウンド及び/又は電気的に絶縁している、熱伝導性のフォーム材が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記中間スペースが、完全に前記注形コンパウンド及び/又はフォーム材によって満たされていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記導熱板(8)の内部に、ダクト構造(14)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記個別セル(1)の塞がれていない端部に、電気セルコネクタ12が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ。
