Claims (5)
- 内燃機関のクランクシャフトと同期回転する駆動側回転部材と、
前記駆動側回転部材と同軸上に配置され、前記内燃機関の弁開閉用のカムシャフトに同期回転する従動側回転部材と、
前記駆動側回転部材と前記従動側回転部材とにより形成され、作動油が供給されることにより前記駆動側回転部材に対する前記従動側回転部材の相対回転位相を遅角方向に移動させる遅角室及び前記相対回転位相を進角方向に移動させる進角室と、を備え、
前記駆動側回転部材は、前記従動側回転部材の径方向外側に位置するハウジング本体部、及び前記カムシャフトの軸方向において前記ハウジング本体部の両側に位置しかつ前記従動側回転部材と摺動するハウジング側面部と、で構成され、
前記カムシャフトの軸方向において前記従動側回転部材と前記ハウジング側面部との間に設けられ、且つ前記相対回転位相を遅角方向もしくは進角方向に向けて付勢するスプリング部材と、
前記従動側回転部材と前記スプリング部材との間に配置されるスプリングワッシャとを有し、
前記スプリングワッシャは、前記カムシャフトの軸方向に向けて延在するフック部を有し、
前記スプリング部材の一端は、前記フック部を介在して前記従動側回転部材と係合する弁開閉時期制御装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記スプリングワッシャは、前記カムシャフトと前記従動側回転部材とを締結する締結部材の締結部材用ワッシャ部を備える開閉時期制御装置。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記スプリングワッシャは、前記スプリング部材の姿勢を保持するガイド部を備える弁開閉時期制御装置。 - 請求項1〜3の何れかにおいて、
前記従動側回転部材はアルミニウムにて形成され、
前記スプリングワッシャはアルミニウムよりも高強度の材料にて形成される弁開閉時期制御装置。 - 請求項1〜4の何れかにおいて、
前記スプリング部材は自由長から所定長さに圧縮した状態で設けられ、前記カムシャフトが備えられる側とは反対側の前記ハウジング側面部を押圧する弁開閉時期制御装置。
