50m3撹拌槽中に、硫酸(16.6質量%)中に分散された30g/lの触媒(0.5%Pt担持グラファイト)の懸濁液を、32m3/hで連続的にポンプにより供給した。撹拌槽における液面は約75%であった。撹拌槽中の前記液体に、39.2℃で、ヒドロキシルアミンプラントからの排ガスを1100Nm3/hで導入した。この排ガスは、73.9体積%の水素、18.0体積%のNO、3.8体積%のN2O、及び4.3体積%のN2を含んでいる。この際、NOはほとんど完全に反応し、硫酸ヒドロキシルアンモニウムを形成した。84.4体積%のH2、0.1体積%のNO、6.8体積%のN2O、及び8.7体積%のN2を含む排ガスが450Nm3/hで撹拌槽から排出された。NOに基づく転化率は99.8%であった。
一酸化二窒素の触媒還元による窒素及び水の形成
管型反応器(φ25mm)中に、20mlの石英ガラス片及び20mlの触媒片の混合物を充填した。床温度を注入口及び床中央部で測定した。73.3体積%のH2、8.9体積%のN2O、5.6%体積%の水、及び12.2体積%のN2を含み、且つヒドロキシルアミン合成から触媒床へ導入された排ガス流を予熱域で段階的に加熱し、体積流量は200Nl/hであった。Al2O3上に担持され、且つAg含有量が異なる複数のAg含有触媒の発火温度をそれぞれ測定した。これらの触媒は、γ−Al2O3担体(細孔容積0.7ml/g、比表面積200m2/g)に、硝酸銀水溶液を含浸させた後、700℃で焼成することにより調製した。下記表1に、50%転化率及び完全な転化が行われた際の床中央部の温度をまとめて記載する。
第2分離工程:
一酸化二窒素の触媒還元による窒素及び水の形成
管型反応器(φ25mm)中に、30mlの石英ガラス片及び10mlの触媒片の混合物を充填した。床温度を注入口及び床中央部で測定した。触媒床に導入されたガス流を、予熱域で段階的に加熱し、体積流量は100Nl/hであった。その後、次の組成を有するガス混合物を導入した:73.4体積%のH2、3.1体積%のN2O、17.6体積%のN2、及び5.9体積%のH2O。
実施例2に記載した実験手順による一酸化二窒素の触媒還元に従って、一酸化二窒素及び一酸化窒素の混合物を管型反応器に導入した。ガス組成は、74.1体積%の水素、1.4体積%の一酸化二窒素、0.9体積%の一酸化窒素、18.6体積%の窒素、及び5体積%の水であった。
Claims (18)
- ヒドロキシルアミン又はヒドロキシルアンモニウム塩を製造する排ガス中に含まれる一酸化窒素の少なくとも一部を利用するために、水素との一酸化窒素の触媒還元によって、ヒドロキシルアミン又はヒドロキシルアンモニウム塩を製造するためのプラントからの排ガスを再処理する方法であって、
ヒドロキシルアミン又はヒドロキシルアンモニウム塩を製造するためのプラントの排ガスから一酸化窒素を、白金担持触媒を用いて選択的に分離する第1分離工程、及び
第1分離工程の残留ガスから一酸化二窒素を、銀担持触媒を用いて除去する第2分離工程、
を有することを特徴とする方法。 - ヒドロキシルアミン又はヒドロキシルアンモニウム塩を製造するための排ガス中に存在する一酸化窒素の少なくとも一部を、ヒドロキシルアミン又はヒドロキシルアンモニウム塩を製造するためのプラントへ再循環させることによって利用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- ヒドロキシルアミン又はヒドロキシルアンモニウム塩を製造する排ガス中に含まれる一酸化窒素及び水素の少なくとも一部を利用するための方法あることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 第1分離工程での一酸化窒素の選択的分離を、吸収剤への選択的な吸収によって行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 吸収剤が、一酸化窒素がニトロシル錯体として可逆的に結合できる、遷移金属含有ニトロシル錯体であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 吸収剤が、硫酸鉄(II)溶液であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 一酸化窒素の選択的分離を、水素との一酸化窒素の触媒還元によりヒドロキシルアミン又はヒドロキシルアンモニウム塩を製造するための反応器中で行い、且つ
前記反応器は、一酸化窒素の転化が完全に行われているように設計されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 一酸化二窒素を、固体又は液体の吸収剤への圧力スイング吸収により選択的に除去することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 一酸化二窒素を、膜処理を用いて除去することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 一酸化二窒素を、触媒の存在下での反応により選択的に除去し、アンモニアを得ることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 一酸化二窒素の反応により得られたアンモニアを、一酸化窒素を製造するためのアンモニア燃料炉へ供給することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 一酸化二窒素を、水素との反応により除去し、窒素及び水を得ることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 反応を、500℃を超える温度に熱して行うことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 反応を、触媒により行うことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 反応を、活性成分として、一種以上の銀、パラジウム、白金、又は銅、若しくは一種以上のこれらの金属の化合物を含む触媒の存在下で行うことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 第2分離工程の残留ガスを、ヒドロキシルアミン又はヒドロキシルアンモニウム塩の製造方法における窒素及び他の不活性成分から水素を除去する第3分離工程に供することを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって、排ガスを再処理する工程を有するヒドロキシルアミン又はヒドロキシルアンモニウム塩の製造方法。
- 排ガス中に存在する一酸化窒素及び水素の再処理において形成された一酸化窒素及び水素の少なくとも一種を、ヒドロキシルアミン又はヒドロキシルアンモニウム塩を製造するためのプラントへ再循環させることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
