Claims (13)
- 内燃機関の燃料噴射装置のための高圧ポンプ(1)であって、前記高圧ポンプ(1)は、ポンプ作業室(12)を画定するポンププランジャ(10)を備えた少なくとも1つの圧送素子(9)を有し、前記ポンププランジャ(10)と、前記高圧ポンプ(1)の回転駆動される駆動軸(3)と、の間に、前記駆動軸のカム(3)又は偏心輪が滑走されるローラ(31)と、タペット本体(22)と、前記タペット本体(22)の収容部(30)内に圧入され、その内部で前記ローラ(31)を回転可能に保持するローラ止め(26)と、が設けられる、前記高圧ポンプ(1)において、
前記タペット本体(22)は、前記ローラ止め(26)を圧入するための斜面を有する心出しガイド(37)を有することを特徴とする、高圧ポンプ(1)。 - 前記心出しガイド(37)は、前記収容部(30)の領域内に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高圧ポンプ(1)。
- 前記収容部(30)は、円筒部分の形状で形成され、前記収容部(30)は、前記心出しガイド(37)がそれに接して設けられる内周面(34)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の高圧ポンプ(1)。
- 前記収容部(30)は、第1の端部(33)と第2の端部(35)とを有し、前記第2の端部(35)に接して、内周面(34)から内側へと半径方向に伸張するストッパ(32)が設けられ、前記第1の端部(33)は、前記駆動軸(3)のカム(7)又は偏心輪に対向することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の高圧ポンプ(1)。
- 前記心出しガイド(37)は、前記第1の端部(33)に接して設けられることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の高圧ポンプ(1)。
- 前記心出しガイド(37)は、2mmから10mmまでの範囲内の前記第1の端部(33)の高さhを上回るように設けられることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の高圧ポンプ(1)。
- 前記心出しガイド(37)は、4mmの前記第1の端部(33)の高さhを上回るように設けられることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の高圧ポンプ(1)。
- 前記斜面は、0.1mmから0.01mmまでの範囲の深さaを有し、30°から60°までの角度範囲内で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の高圧ポンプ(1)。
- 前記斜面は0.05mmの深さaを有することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の高圧ポンプ(1)。
- 前記斜面は角度45°で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項8又は9のいずれか1項に記載の高圧ポンプ(1)。
- 前記ローラ止め(26)は、円筒状のプレス締め代Pue,nennを有して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の高圧ポンプ(1)。
- 前記ローラ止め(26)は、9μmの円筒状のプレス締め代Pue,nennを有して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の高圧ポンプ(1)。
- タペット本体(22)と、前記タペット本体(22)の収容部(30)内に圧入されてその内部でローラ(31)を回転可能に保持するローラ止め(26)と、を有する、内燃機関の燃料噴射装置のための高圧ポンプ(1)のタペットアセンブリ(21)において、
前記タペット本体(22)は、前記ローラ止め(26)を圧入するための斜面を有する心出しガイド(37)を有することを特徴とする、タペットアセンブリ(21)。
