Description
Claims (10)
- 分離媒体スラリーをカラム又は容器に移す前に、タンク内で分離媒体スラリーを取扱う方法であって、
タンク内に沈降した媒体中にタンク底部から気体を吹き込んで沈降媒体を再懸濁させ始める工程と、
タンク内に設けたインペラ(7)を始動して既に再懸濁し始めている分離媒体スラリーを撹拌する工程と、
分離媒体スラリーをカラム又は容器に移す前に、分離媒体スラリーを脱気するためタンクからポンプで排気する工程と
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 撹拌中にタンクからポンプで排気して媒体スラリーを脱気する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 十分に媒体スラリーを撹拌したら、タンクを加圧して媒体スラリーをタンクからカラムに移す、請求項1又は請求項2記載の方法。
- タンク内の圧力を利用して媒体スラリーをカラムに充填する、請求項3記載の方法。
- タンク内の圧力を利用してタンク底部の濾板から液体を押し出して、媒体スラリーの濃度を変化させる、請求項3記載の方法。
- 分離媒体スラリーをカラム又は容器に移す前に分離媒体スラリーを懸濁するのに適したタンクであって、当該タンクが、媒体スラリーを混合するため回転するインペラ(7)を備えているとともに、さらに、
タンクの底部(8)に設けられた少なくとも1つの気体入口(9)を備えていて、その気体入口から、タンク内に沈降した媒体をインペラの始動前に再懸濁させ始めるためにある程度沈降した媒体スラリー中に気体を吹き込むことができ、
さらに、タンク内を減圧して媒体スラリーを脱気する手段(12,17)を備えていることを特徴とするタンク。 - さらに、十分に媒体スラリーを撹拌したら、媒体スラリーをタンクからカラムに移すためにタンク内を加圧する手段(18,3)を備える、請求項6記載のタンク。
- さらに、タンク底部に少なくとも1つの濾板を備えていて、該濾板から気体を吹き込むとともに、所望によりタンクに加えた圧力によって濾板から液体を押し出して媒体スラリーの濃度を変化させることができる、請求項6又は請求項7記載のタンク。
- 少なくとも1つのロードセル13を備える、請求項6乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載のタンク。
- インペラ(7)が、タンクの高さ方向のコイルとして設計されている、請求項6乃至請求項9のいずれか1項記載のタンク。
