Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the flocculation of solids, shorten dissolving-mixing time, prevent the clogging in piping and perform cleaning smoothly by connecting a gas compressor changeably in gas feeding to a circulating line connecting the bottom and upper part of a dissolving tank. CONSTITUTION:A solid-liquid mixture 2 is put in a dissolving tank 1, and while the mixture 2 is being stirred with a stirrer 3, it is circulated from the bottom of the tank 1 to the upper part of the tank 1. A grinding dissolving machine such as a line mixer 9 is disposed on the way of a circulating line 4 thereof, to shear and grind the solid component in the mixture 2. A gas compressor 5 is connected to this line 4. The high-viscosity pump 8 and line mixer 9 of the line 4 are stopped and a gas is blown from said compressor into the bottom of the tank 1, whereby the mixture is stirred and the flocculated lumps are ground. This operation is performed at every prescribed time so that the mixing and dissolving are ended in a short time. The clogging in the piping is prevented by this mechanism, and the cleaning is accomplished.
