Description

- スライド塗布の方法であって、
オリゴマーから、またはオリゴマー及びモノマーから選択されるポリマー前駆体、並びに少なくとも1種の溶媒を含有し、10センチポアズ以下の粘度を有する第1の流体を提供し、
前記第1の流体を、基材に隣接して配置される第1のスライド表面に下るように流し、
前記第1の流体を前記第1のスライド表面から50μm以上のギャップを横切って前記基材まで流すことによって前記基材を前記第1の流体で塗布して、第1の塗布層を形成し、
毎秒1.016メートル以上の速度で前記第1のスライド表面を通過させて前記基材を移動し、
前記第1の塗布層を硬化させる、ことを含む、方法。 - 前記オリゴマーから選択される前記ポリマー前駆体が、エポキシアクリレート、ウレタンアクリレート、カルボン酸半エステル、ポリエステルアクリレート、アクリレート化アクリル、又はそれらの混合から選択されるアクリレートであり、前記第1の流体の粘度が約5センチポアズ以下である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の流体が50重量%までの前記モノマーを含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の流体が、約6ミクロン以上の厚さで前記基材上に塗布される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 更に、前記基材上の前記第1の流体が硬化する前に少なくとも一部を乾燥させることを含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記基材は少なくとも毎秒約5.08メートルの速度で移動され、前記基材と前記第1のスライド表面との間に、約0.1mm(4ミル)以上のギャップがある、請求項1に記載の方法。
