Claims (21)
- 少なくとも1つのセンサを有する指紋センサを備えたセンサ基板と、
該指紋センサからの信号を測定するための少なくとも1つの集積された信号処理回路を備えた印刷配線基板と、
該指紋センサと該信号処理回路との間の相互接続用配線部を備えた基板と、
を備えるセンサ体であって、
該相互接続用配線部の基板は可撓性フィルムから作られており、
前記センサ基板は、前記可撓性フィルムから作られる可撓性基板であり、指用の好適な表面が得られるように湾曲した形状を有し、
前記センサ基板は、赤外線光源、及び赤外線光検知器を有する測定手段を更に備え、
前記赤外線光源と前記赤外線光検知器とが、前記湾曲した形状の対向する両側に配置され、
前記センサ基板が前記指紋センサを含む測定回路を備え、前記相互接続用配線部と該測定回路とが電気的に分離され、該相互接続用配線部と該測定回路とが、両者との間でエネルギと測定情報とを誘導的に転送する手段を有する、センサ体。 - 前記印刷配線基板が外部接続用の配線部を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセンサ体。
- 前記相互接続用配線部がポリマ層上に金属化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセンサ体。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサが、電極とその近傍のガードリングを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセンサ体。
- 前記ガードリングの配線部が前記センサの電極の配線部に対して垂直であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のセンサ体。
- 前記センサがいくつかのセンサ電極と、各センサ電極用のガードリングとを有し、該ガードリングが各センサ電極の電位に応じて個々に制御されることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載のセンサ体。
- 前記センサが、連続的に測定されるいくつかのセンサ電極と、いくつかのガードリングとを有し、該ガードリングが前記センサの測定期間の間、前記センサの電位となるように時間多重にて制御されることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載のセンサ体。
- 前記センサがいくつかのセンサ電極とガードリングとを有し、すべてのガードリングが該センサ電極の平均電位になるように制御されることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載のセンサ体。
- 前記指紋センサが、少なくとも1つのドライバ電極と検知用電極の列とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセンサ体。
- 前記検知用電極の列に関して垂直方向に指が移動している間、指から得られる容量性測定結果の2次元行列を出力するために、連続する信号を測定するように前記測定のための信号処理回路を構成することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のセンサ体。
- 周囲の温度を測定するための温度センサをさらに有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセンサ体。
- 周囲の湿度を検知するための湿度センサをさらに有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセンサ体。
- 圧力センサをさらに有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセンサ体。
- 肌接触測定用センサをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ体。
- 生体測定用センサを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセンサ体。
- 前記測定回路が受動回路であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセンサ体。
- 前記測定回路が、センサ情報を測定する手段と、該測定情報を前記相互接続用配線部へ誘導的に転送する手段とをさらに備えた能動回路を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセンサ体。
- 前記指紋センサが肌接触測定用センサであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセンサ体。
- 請求項1ないし18のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ体を備えることを特徴とする移動端末装置。
- 前記センサ体の少なくとも一部が、前記移動端末装置のカバーの中に、成型などでカプセル化されることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の移動端末装置。
- 前記センサ体が可撓性フィルムの基板を有し、該可撓性フィルムの基板が前記移動端末装置のカバーの中にカプセル化されることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の移動端末装置。
