Claims (7)
- 重量%で、C:0.06〜0.4%、Mn:1.0〜5.0%、Si:0.05〜2.5%、Ni:0.01〜2.0%、Cu:0.02〜2.0%、Ti:0.01〜0.04%、Al:0.05〜2.5%、Sb:0.005〜0.1%、B:0.0005〜0.004%、及びN:0.007%以下、並びに残部Fe及び不可避的不純物からなり、
Ni*は、Ni+0.5×Mn+0.3×Cuで定義され、Ni*≧0.9とAl/Ni*≦1.3とを同時に満たし、かつ
Ti≧0.028×Alの関係を満たす
ことを特徴とする、高加工用高強度薄鋼板。 - 重量%で、Cr:0.01〜1.0%、Mo:0.005〜0.3%及びNb:0.001〜0.1%からなる群から選択された1種以上、並びに、C:0.06〜0.4%、Mn:1.0〜5.0%、Si:0.05〜2.5%、Ni:0.01〜2.0%、Cu:0.02〜2.0%、Ti:0.01〜0.04%、Al:0.05〜2.5%、Sb:0.005〜0.1%、B:0.0005〜0.004%、及びN:0.007%以下、並びに残部Fe及び不可避的不純物からなり、
Ni*は、Ni+0.5×Mn+0.3×Cuで定義され、Ni*≧0.9とAl/Ni*≦1.3とを同時に満たし、かつ
Ti≧0.028×Alの関係を満たす
ことを特徴とする、高加工用高強度薄鋼板。 - 前記鋼板は、ベイナイト組織に含まれるオーステナイトの分率が30%以上であり、前記オーステナイトのラスは350nm未満の短辺を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の高加工用高強度薄鋼板。
- 請求項1または2の薄鋼板に、亜鉛メッキ層または溶融亜鉛メッキ層が形成されていることを特徴とする、高加工用高強度亜鉛メッキ鋼板。
- 重量%で、C:0.06〜0.4%、Mn:1.0〜5.0%、Si:0.05〜2.5%、Ni:0.01〜2.0%、Cu:0.02〜2%、Ti:0.01〜0.04%、Al:0.05〜2.5%、Sb:0.005〜0.1%、B:0.0005〜0.004%、及びN:0.007%以下、並びに残部Fe及び不可避的不純物からなり、Ni*は、Ni+0.5×Mn+0.3×Cuで定義され、Ni*≧0.9と、Al/Ni*≦1.3とを同時に満たし、かつTi≧0.028×Alの関係を満たす鋼スラブを、Ar3温度以上に熱間加工する段階と、
前記鋼スラブを熱間加工した後、500〜700℃の温度範囲で熱延巻取する段階と、
前記巻取後、酸洗及び冷間圧延する段階と、
前記冷間圧延後、フェライトとオーステナイトが共存する2相域温度以上で、オーステナイト分率が30%以上になるように焼鈍する段階と、
前記焼鈍後にマルテンサイト形成温度直上でベイナイト形成温度以下まで急冷し、30秒以上維持して冷却する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする、高加工用高強度薄鋼板の製造方法。 - 重量%で、Cr:0.01〜1.0%、Mo:0.005〜0.3%及びNb:0.001〜0.1%からなる群から選択される1種以上、並びに、C:0.06〜0.4%、Mn:1.0〜5.0%、Si:0.05〜2.5%、Ni:0.01〜2.0%、Cu:0.02〜2%、Ti:0.01〜0.04%、Al:0.05〜2.5%、Sb:0.005〜0.1%、B:0.0005〜0.004%、及びN:0.007%以下、並びに残部Fe及び不可避的不純物からなり、Ni*は、Ni+0.5×Mn+0.3×Cuで定義され、Ni*≧0.9と、Al/Ni*≦1.3とを同時に満たし、かつTi≧0.028×Alの関係を満たす鋼スラブを、Ar3温度以上に熱間加工する段階と、
前記鋼スラブを熱間加工した後、500〜700℃の温度範囲で熱延巻取する段階と、
前記巻取後、酸洗及び冷間圧延する段階と、
前記冷間圧延後、フェライトとオーステナイトが共存する2相域温度以上で、オーステナイト分率が30%以上になるように焼鈍する段階と、
前記焼鈍後にマルテンサイト形成温度直上でベイナイト形成温度以下まで急冷し、30秒以上維持して冷却する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする、高加工用高強度薄鋼板の製造方法。 - 請求項5または6の方法により薄鋼板を製造した後、亜鉛メッキまたは溶融亜鉛メッキすることを特徴とする、高加工用高強度亜鉛メッキ鋼板の製造方法。
