実施例1,4,7,10の比較例として、4%水溶液粘度が80.0mPa・sで水酸基サイト数に対するアセチル基の平均置換率が12.0モル%(ケン化度88.0モル%)のポリビニルアルコール(PVA4)を実施例1と同様の方法で作製し、実施例1,4,7,10と同様の製法で固体電解質膜を作製した。本比較例において得られた複合化合物は、m=1,H1=12,P1=59であり、F=H1×P1=708であって、前記数式への条件を満足しない。
実施例2,5,8,11の比較例として、4%水溶液粘度が80.0mPa・sで水酸基サイト数に対するアセチル基の平均置換率が12.0モル%(ケン化度88.0モル%)のポリビニルアルコール(PVA4)を実施例1と同様の方法で作製し、実施例2,5,8,11と同様の製法で電解質膜を作製した。
実施例3,6,9,12の比較例として、4%水溶液粘度が80.0mPa・sで水酸基サイト数に対するアセチル基の平均置換率が12.0モル%(ケン化度88.0モル%)のポリビニルアルコール(PVA4)を実施例1と同様の方法で作製し、実施例3,6,9,12と同様の製法で電解質膜を作製した。
実施例13,15の比較例として、4%水溶液粘度が30.0mPa・sで水酸基サイト数に対するアセチル基の平均置換率が1.5モル%(ケン化度98.5モル%)のポリビニルアルコール(PVA7)を使用して実施例13,15と同様の製法で電解質膜を作製した。得られた複合化合物は、m=1,H1=0.8,P1=59であり、F=H1×P1=47.2であって、前記数式の条件を満足しない。
実施例14,16の比較例として、4%水溶液粘度が30.0mPa・sで水酸基サイト数に対するアセチル基の平均置換率が1.5モル%(ケン化度98.5モル%)のポリビニルアルコール(PVA7)を使用して実施例14,16と同様の製法で電解質膜を作製した。
Claims (10)
- 前記ポリビニルアルコールの変性基がアセチル基である請求項1記載の高イオン伝導性固体電解質。
- 前記ポリビニルアルコールの変性基がアミン,イミン又は第四アンモニウム化合物である請求項1記載の高イオン伝導性固体電解質。
- 複合化合物が、水を含む溶媒と、水酸基サイトにアセチル基,オキシアルキレン基,アミン,イミン又は第四アンモニウム化合物が置換したポリビニルアルコールと、珪酸,タングステン酸,モリブデン酸又は錫酸から選択された少なくとも1又は複数のアルカリ金属塩とが共存する水溶液中で、前記アルカリ金属塩を酸により中和し、溶媒としての水を除去して製造された請求項1,2,3又は4に記載の高イオン伝導性固体電解質。
- 複合化合物が、水を含む溶媒と、水酸基サイトにアセチル基,オキシアルキレン基,アミン,イミン又は第四アンモニウム化合物が置換したポリビニルアルコールと、ジルコニウム塩又はオキシジルコニウム塩とが共存する溶液中で、ジルコニウム塩又はオキシジルコニウム塩をアルカリにより中和し、溶媒としての水を除去して製造された請求項1,2,3又は4に記載の高イオン伝導性固体電解質。
- 複合化合物が、水を含む溶媒と、水酸基サイトにアセチル基,オキシアルキレン基,アミン,イミン又は第四アンモニウム化合物が置換したポリビニルアルコールと、ジルコニウム塩又はオキシジルコニウム塩とが共存する溶液中において、ジルコニウム塩又はオキシジルコニウム塩を加熱により加水分解した後に、溶媒を除去し、その後にアルカリに接触させて製造された請求項1,2,3又は4に記載の高イオン伝導性固体電解質。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の高イオン伝導性固体電解質に、該高イオン伝導性固体電解質によって隔てられた複数の電極を配する構成をとることを特徴とする高イオン伝導性固体電解質を使用した電気化学システム。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の高イオン伝導性固体電解質を電極中に含有していることを特徴とする高イオン伝導性固体電解質を使用した電気化学システム。
- 電気化学システムが、燃料電池,スチームポンプ,除湿機,空調機器,エレクトロクロミックデバイス,電解装置,電気分解型水素生成装置,電解過酸化水素製造装置,電解水製造装置,湿度センサ,水素センサ,一次電池,二次電池,光スイッチシステム又は多価金属を用いた電池システムである請求項8又は9に記載の高イオン伝導性固体電解質を使用した電気化学システム。
