Description
1.技術的に複雑な薄層又は短経路蒸留による遊離モノマージイソシアネートの除去。この方法は、同じ又は異なる反応性のNCO基を有するジイソシアネートを使用するかどうかにかかわらず、採用できる。この方法では、例えば共留剤を使用することもできる。
2.異なる反応性のNCO基を有するジイソシアネート又は同じ反応性のNCO基を有するジイソシアネート、及び特別に選択された化学量論比、例えば、2:1未満のNCO基対NCO反応性基のモル比、並びに/若しくは場合により特別な触媒の使用。
3.上記2つの方法の組み合わせ。例えば、遊離モノマージイソシアネート含量を、最初に方法2に従って特定の範囲に制限し、次いで、方法1により、更に少なくする。
1.高い毒性に付随する欠点を有するTDI又はTDIプレポリマーとの混合物。TDIモノマーのより高い蒸気圧の故に、許可された0.5%の残留含量でも、不快な臭い及び障害をもたらす。
2.可塑剤の形の増量剤又は一般に炭化水素。例えば、フタレート(例えばDINP)、又は別の可塑剤、例えば2−シクロヘキサン−ジカルボン酸ジイソノニルエステル、アセチルトリブチルシトレート、若しくは溶媒、例えばエチレン/プロピレンカーボネート、二塩基性エステル(DBE)、ソルベントナフサ及びベンジンを使用することができる。この場合の欠点は、主として性能の低下及び非化学的に結合された添加剤の移行のリスク並びに付随して生じる性質の経時変化である。
3.異性体分離における高い費用及び関連する経費の不利を伴う、高含量(>85%)の2,4−MDI、WO 2007/087987 参照。
本発明は、2〜22wt.%のNCO含量を有するイソシアネート混合物であって、
(a)1.5〜18wt.%のNCO含量を有するNCOプレポリマー、及び
(b)イソシアネート混合物に基づいて1〜40wt.%の量のモノマー2,2'−ジイソシアナトジフェニルメタン(MDI)
を含むことを特徴とするイソシアネート混合物を提供する。
A)有機ポリイソシアネートを、不十分な量のNCO反応性化合物と反応させ、
B)工程A)で生成したNCOプレポリマーに、20〜70wt.%の2,2'−ジイソシアナトジフェニルメタン(MDI)、30〜80wt.%の2,4'−ジイソシアナトジフェニルメタン(MDI)及び0〜10wt.%の4,4'−ジイソシアナトジフェニルメタン(MDI)の混合物を添加する
ことを特徴とする、本発明のイソシアネート混合物を製造する方法を提供する。
A)20〜70wt.%の2,2'−MDI、30〜80wt.%の2,4'−MDI及び0〜10wt.%の4,4'−MDIの混合物、並びに
所望により、4,4'−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(4,4'−MDI)、2,4'−MDI、2,2'−MDI、ポリマーMDI及びこれらの混合物、変性MDI、トルイレンジイソシアネート(TDI)、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(HDI)、イソホロンジイソシアネート(IPDI)、H12−MDI(水素化MDI)及びこれらのブレンドから成る群から選択される更なるポリイソシアネート
を含むブレンドを、
B)NCO反応性成分と
反応させることを特徴とする、本発明のイソシアネート混合物の製造方法を提供する。
i)本発明のイソシアネート混合物、及び
ii)NCO反応性化合物を
iii)所望により、触媒
iv)所望により、充填剤
v)所望により、助剤及び/又は添加剤
の存在下に、反応させて得られるポリイソシアネート重付加生成物を提供する。
イソシアネート混合物を反応器に入れ、攪拌しながら40〜60℃に加熱した。ポリオール化合物を攪拌しながら添加し、選択した化学量論量から予測される理論NCO含量にほぼ達するまで、攪拌を続けた。次いで、場合により触媒を添加した。安定剤としての酸を場合により添加した後、反応混合物を冷却した。
NCOプレポリマーAの調製:
18.89重量部の2,4'−MDIを50℃で容器に入れた。次いで、50℃に予熱した81.11重量部のポリエステル(アジピン酸及びエチレングリコールから調製;OH価56)を攪拌しながら加えた。80℃で7時間の反応時間の後、反応を完了した。以下の性質を有する生成物を得た。
NCO含量:2.98%
粘度(70℃):4800mPas
26.67重量部の2,4'−MDIを50℃で容器に入れた。次いで、50℃に予熱した73.33重量部のポリエーテル(INVISTA製 TerathaneTM 1000;OH価112)を加えた。80℃で2時間の反応時間の後、反応を完了した。以下の性質を有する生成物を得た。
NCO含量:2.75%
粘度(70℃):5400mPas
36.9%の2,2'−MDI、59.2%の2,4'−MDI及び3.9%の4,4'−MDIから成るイソシアネート混合物
上記NCOプレポリマーを、表2に示す量でイソシアネートCと混合し、均一になるまで80℃で1時間攪拌した。表2に示す性質を持つ混合物を得た。
100重量部のイソシアネート混合物を、気泡が無くなるまで、ゆっくり攪拌しながら90℃において減圧下に脱気した。次いで、全量を、100℃に予熱したBaytecTM XL 1604 と混合した。均一な溶融物を、110℃に予熱した金型に注入し、110℃で24時間保持した。その後、キャストエラストマーの性質を測定した。
Claims (2)
- i)2〜22wt.%のNCO含量を有するイソシアネート混合物であって、
(a)1.5〜18wt.%のNCO含量を有するNCOプレポリマー、及び
(b)イソシアネート混合物に基づいて1〜40wt.%の量のモノマー2,2'−ジイソシアナトジフェニルメタン(MDI)
を含むイソシアネート混合物、及び
ii)NCO反応性成分としての水及び/又は大気水分を
iii)所望により、触媒
iv)所望により、充填剤
v)所望により、助剤及び/又は添加剤
の存在下に反応させる、ポリイソシアネート重付加生成物の製造方法であって、
イソシアネート混合物i)を製造するために、
A)20〜70wt.%の2,2'−MDI、30〜80wt.%の2,4'−MDI及び0〜10wt.%の4,4'−MDIの混合物、並びに
所望により、ポリマーMDI及び/又は変性MDI
を含むブレンドを、
B)NCO反応性成分と
反応させることを特徴とする、製造方法。 - 2〜22wt.%のNCO含量を有し、1〜40wt.%の量のモノマー2,2'−ジイソシアナトジフェニルメタン及び1.5〜18wt.%のNCO含量を有するNCOプレポリマーを含み、請求項1の製造方法で使用されるイソシアネート混合物の製造方法であって、
A)20〜70wt.%の2,2'−MDI、30〜80wt.%の2,4'−MDI及び0〜10wt.%の4,4'−MDIの混合物、並びに
所望により、ポリマーMDI及び/又は変性MDI
を含むブレンドを、
B)NCO反応性成分と
反応させることを特徴とする、製造方法。
