Description
油圧源が設けられた作業機本体と、
前記作業機本体に着脱可能に搭載されるカウンタウエイトと、
前記作業機本体に取付けられ、前記油圧源からの作動油をボトム室とロッド室に給排することにより、前記カウンタウエイトを昇降させて前記作業機本体に着脱する昇降用油圧シリンダと、
前記油圧源と前記昇降用油圧シリンダとの間に設けられたコントロール弁とを備えたカウンタウエイト脱着装置用油圧回路において、
前記コントロール弁と前記昇降用油圧シリンダのボトム室との間の第1の主管路に前記ボトム室からの作動油の流出を制御する方向に設けられ、前記ロッド室の油圧が外部パイロット圧として加えられるシーケンス弁、およびこのシーケンス弁に並列接続された逆止弁からなる第1の遮断弁と、
前記コントロール弁と前記昇降用油圧シリンダのロッド室との間の第2の主管路に前記ロッド室からの作動油の流出を制御する方向に設けられ、前記ロッド室の油圧が内部パイロット圧として加えられ、前記第1の遮断弁のシーケンス弁を連通させる前記外部パイロット圧より高い内部パイロット圧で連通するシーケンス弁、およびこのシーケンス弁に並列接続された逆止弁からなる第2の遮断弁とを備えたことを特徴とする。
Claims (4)
- 油圧源が設けられた作業機本体と、
前記作業機本体に着脱可能に搭載されるカウンタウエイトと、
前記作業機本体に取付けられ、前記油圧源からの作動油をボトム室とロッド室に給排することにより、前記カウンタウエイトを昇降させて前記作業機本体に着脱する昇降用油圧シリンダと、
前記油圧源と前記昇降用油圧シリンダとの間に設けられたコントロール弁とを備えたカウンタウエイト脱着装置用油圧回路において、
前記コントロール弁と前記昇降用油圧シリンダのボトム室との間の第1の主管路に前記ボトム室からの作動油の流出を制御する方向に設けられ、前記ロッド室の油圧が外部パイロット圧として加えられるシーケンス弁、およびこのシーケンス弁に並列接続された逆止弁からなる第1の遮断弁と、
前記コントロール弁と前記昇降用油圧シリンダのロッド室との間の第2の主管路に前記ロッド室からの作動油の流出を制御する方向に設けられ、前記ロッド室の油圧が内部パイロット圧として加えられ、前記第1の遮断弁のシーケンス弁を連通させる前記外部パイロット圧より高い内部パイロット圧で連通するシーケンス弁、およびこのシーケンス弁に並列接続された逆止弁からなる第2の遮断弁とを備えたことを特徴とするカウンタウエイト脱着装置用油圧回路。 - 請求項1に記載のカウンタウエイト脱着装置用油圧回路において、
前記第1の遮断弁のシーケンス弁に、前記ボトム室の油圧を内部パイロット圧として加える内部パイロット管路を備えると共に、前記シーケンス弁を連通させる内部パイロット圧の設定圧を、前記油圧シリンダにより前記カウンタウエイトを支持可能なボトム室の油圧に設定したことを特徴とするカウンタウエイト脱着装置用油圧回路。 - 請求項1または2に記載のカウンタウエイト脱着装置用油圧回路において、
前記第2の遮断弁のシーケンス弁に外部パイロット管路を備え、前記外部パイロット管路に、前記油圧シリンダの操作時に前記シーケンス弁の外部パイロット圧油を供給して前記シーケンス弁を連通させる構成にしたことを特徴とするカウンタウエイト脱着装置用油圧回路。 - 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のカウンタウエイト脱着装置用油圧回路において、
前記ロッド室の油を油タンクに排出可能な管路を設け、前記管路にストップ弁を設けたことを特徴とするカウンタウエイト脱着装置用油圧回路。
