Description
Claims (6)
- 燃料ガスと液水を分離する気液分離部と、該気液分離部が分離した水を貯水する貯水タンクと、該貯水タンクの水位を検出する水位検出手段と、前記貯水タンクの水を系外へ排出する排水弁と、前記水位検出手段が検出した水位に基づいて前記排水弁の開閉を制御する制御部と、を備えた燃料電池の排水システムであって、
前記貯水タンクの上部は、前記貯水タンクの下部よりも容積及び断面積が大きく、
前記水位検出手段は、前記貯水タンクの上部及び下部の水位を検出し、
前記貯水タンクの下部は、前記排水弁に連通し、
前記制御部は、燃料電池の運転中は、前記貯水タンクの上部に水位が存在するように前記排水弁の開閉制御を行い、燃料電池の運転停止時には、前記貯水タンクの下部に水位を保持するように前記排水弁を制御することを特徴とする燃料電池の排水システム。 - 前記貯水タンクの内部に互いに水が連通する孔を設けた分離壁を設け、分離壁で囲われた容積の小さい内側と容積の大きい分離壁の外側を有し、前記水位検知手段を分離壁の内側に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池の排水システム。
- 前記水位検知手段は、接地電極と正側電極とを有する静電容量式の水位センサであり、貯水タンク上部は前記分離壁を接地電極とし、貯水タンク下部は貯水タンク内壁を接地電極とし、正側電極は貯水タンク上部及び貯水タンク下部で共通としたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料電池の排水システム。
- 前記分離壁の内側の断面積と、貯水タンク下部の断面積とを等しくしたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料電池の排水システム。
- 前記貯水タンクの下部を加熱する加熱手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4の何れか1項に記載の燃料電池の排水システム。
- 貯水タンク下部の内壁に温度検出手段を備え、前記制御部は、前記温度検出手段が検出した温度に基づいて、前記加熱手段のオン・オフを行なうことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の燃料電池の排水システム。
