Claims (8)
- 蛍光画像取得部と深部蛍光画像取得部とを備えた画像取得装置の作動方法であって、
前記蛍光画像取得部が、第1の波長の励起光が照射された前記被観察部から発せられた第1の蛍光を受光して撮像された第1の蛍光画像と、前記第1の波長よりも短い第2の波長の励起光が照射された前記被観察部から発せられた第2の蛍光を受光して撮像された第2の蛍光画像を取得し、
前記深部蛍光画像取得部が、前記被観察部の表面から第1の深さまでに存在する撮影対象を含む前記第1の蛍光画像から、前被観察部の表面から前記第1の深さよりも浅い第2の深さまでに存在する撮影対象を含む前記第2の蛍光画像を減算することによって、前記第1の深さから前記第2の深さまでに存在する撮影対象を含む前記被観察部の深部蛍光画像を取得するものであることを特徴とする画像取得装置の作動方法。 - 画像取得部と深部蛍光画像取得部とを備えた画像取得装置の作動方法であって、
前記画像取得部が、励起光が照射された前記被観察部から発せられた蛍光を受光して撮像された蛍光画像と、前記励起光の波長よりも短く、かつ白色光より狭帯域の狭帯域光が照射された前前記被観察部から発せられた反射光を受光して撮像された狭帯域画像を取得し、
前記深部蛍光画像取得部が、前記被観察部の表面から第1の深さまでに存在する撮影対象を含む前記蛍光画像から、前被観察部の表面から前記第1の深さよりも浅い第2の深さまでに存在する撮影対象を含む前記狭帯域画像を減算することによって、前記第1の深さから前記第2の深さまでに存在する撮影対象を含む前記被観察部の深部蛍光画像を取得するものであることを特徴とする画像取得装置の作動方法。 - 第1の波長の第1の励起光および前記第1の波長よりも短い第2の波長の第2の励起光を被観察部に照射する光照射部と、
前記第1の励起光の照射によって前記被観察部から発せられた第1の蛍光を受光して第1の蛍光画像を撮像するとともに、前記第2の励起光の照射によって前記被観察部から発せられた第2の蛍光を受光して第2の蛍光画像を撮像する撮像部と、
前記被観察部の表面から第1の深さまでに存在する撮影対象を含む前記第1の蛍光画像から、前被観察部の表面から前記第1の深さよりも浅い第2の深さまでに存在する撮影対象を含む前記第2の蛍光画像を減算することによって、前記第1の深さから前記第2の深さまでに存在する撮影対象を含む前記被観察部の深部蛍光画像を取得する深部蛍光画像取得部と備えたことを特徴とする画像撮像装置。 - 前記第1の励起光が、近赤外光であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の画像撮像装置。
- 前記光照射部が、前記第1の励起光と前記第2の励起光とを同時に照射するものであり、
前記撮像部が、前記第1の蛍光画像と前記第2の蛍光画像とを同時に撮像するものであることを特徴とする請求項3または4記載の画像撮像装置。 - 励起光および該励起光の波長よりも短く、かつ白色光より狭帯域の狭帯域光を被観察部に照射する光照射部と、
前記励起光の照射によって前記被観察部から発せられた蛍光を受光して蛍光画像を撮像するとともに、前記狭帯域光の照射によって前記被観察部から発せられた反射光を受光して狭帯域画像を撮像する撮像部と、
前記被観察部の表面から第1の深さまでに存在する撮影対象を含む前記蛍光画像から、前被観察部の表面から前記第1の深さよりも浅い第2の深さまでに存在する撮影対象を含む前記狭帯域画像を減算することによって、前記第1の深さから前記第2の深さまでに存在する撮影対象を含む前記被観察部の深部蛍光画像を取得する深部蛍光画像取得部と備えたことを特徴とする画像撮像装置。 - 前記励起光が、近赤外光であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の画像撮像装置。
- 前記光照射部が、前記励起光と前記狭帯域光とを同時に照射するものであり、
前記撮像部が、前記蛍光画像と前記狭帯域画像とを同時に撮像するものであることを特徴とする請求項6または7記載の画像撮像装置。
