Description
内視鏡を用いた手術では、蛍光物質であるインドシアニングリーン(ICG:Indocyamine Green)を体内に投与し、過剰に集積した腫瘍等の部位(患部)に近赤外光を当てて患部を光らせ、患部を含む部位を撮像することがある。ICGは、励起光で励起すると、より長波長の光で蛍光発光する。
[構成等]
図1は、第1の実施形態における内視鏡システム5の外観例を示す斜視図である。ここで用いられる用語として、水平面に置かれたビデオプロセッサ30の上方向と下方向をそれぞれ「上」、「下」と称する。また、内視鏡10が観察対象を撮像する側を「前(先)」と称し、ビデオプロセッサ30に接続される側を「後」と称する。
次に、内視鏡システム5の動作例を示す。
このように、本実施形態の内視鏡システム5では、IR励起光源33(非可視光光源)は、被写体(被検体)に対して、半値幅が10nm以下で780nmの波長を有するレーザ光(非可視光帯域の第1の波長を有する第1の励起光の一例)と、半値幅が10nm以下で808nmの波長を有するレーザ光(第1の波長と異なる非可視光帯域の第2の波長を有する第2の励起光の一例)と、を出射する。イメージセンサ22は、780nmの波長を有するレーザ光及び808nmの波長を有するレーザ光の少なくとも一方に励起されて、蛍光発光した被写体を含む画像を生成する。モニタ40(出力デバイスの一例)は、生成された画像を出力する。

Claims (9)
- 蛍光発光可能な波長領域を有する蛍光薬剤が予め投与された被写体に対して、半値幅が10nm以下で非可視光帯域の第1の波長を有する第1の励起光と、半値幅が10nm以下で前記第1の波長と異なる非可視光帯域の第2の波長を有する第2の励起光と、を出射する非可視光光源と、
前記第1の励起光及び第2の励起光の少なくとも一方に励起されて前記蛍光薬剤が蛍光発光した前記被写体を含む画像を生成するイメージセンサと、
前記画像を出力する出力デバイスと、
前記イメージセンサの入射側に配置され、前記第1の励起光及び前記第2の励起光を遮断する光学フィルタと、を備え、
前記光学フィルタは、690nm〜810nmの波長において、透過率が0.1%以下となる特性を有する、
内視鏡システム。 - 請求項1に記載の内視鏡システムであって、
前記非可視光光源は、前記第1の励起光を出射する第1の光源と、前記第2の励起光を出射する第2の光源と、を有する内視鏡システム。 - 請求項1または2に記載の内視鏡システムであって、
前記非可視光光源は、レーザダイオードである、内視鏡システム。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡システムであって、
ICGを用いて、前記被写体を蛍光発光させた、内視鏡システム。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡システムであって、
前記第1の励起光及び前記第2の励起光は、帯域750nm〜810nm内の波長を有し、
前記第1の励起光の波長と前記第2の励起光の波長との差は、所定値以上である、
内視鏡システム。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡システムであって、
前記イメージセンサは、内視鏡の先端部に配置された、内視鏡システム。 - 請求項6に記載の内視鏡システムであって、
四角形状の前記イメージセンサの対角線長さは、10mm以下である、内視鏡システム。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡システムであって、更に、
前記被写体に対して可視光を発光する可視光光源を備え、
前記イメージセンサは、
前記可視光を用いた第1の光電変換により、前記被写体を含む第1の画像を生成し、
前記第1の励起光及び前記第2の励起光の少なくとも一方に励起されて蛍光発光する、非可視光を用いた第2の光電変換により、前記被写体を含む第2の画像を生成する、内視鏡システム。 - 蛍光発光可能な波長領域を有する蛍光薬剤が予め投与された被写体に対して、半値幅が10nm以下で非可視光帯域の第1の波長を有する第1の励起光と、半値幅が10nm以下で前記第1の波長と異なる非可視光帯域の第2の波長を有する第2の励起光と、を出射する非可視光光源と、
前記第1の励起光及び第2の励起光の少なくとも一方に励起されて前記蛍光薬剤が蛍光発光した前記被写体を含む画像を生成するイメージセンサと、
前記画像を出力する出力デバイスと、を備え、
前記第1の励起光及び前記第2の励起光は、帯域750nm〜810nm内の波長を有し、
前記第1の励起光の波長と前記第2の励起光の波長との差は、所定値以上である、
