図1は、本発明の実施の形態1における電力変換装置の構成図である。
なお、ソフトスタート回路14については後述する。
図4は本発明の実施の形態2における電力変換装置の構成図であり、図1に示した実施の形態1と対応もしくは相当する構成部分には同一の符号を付す。
Claims (6)
- 三相交流電源からの電力を直流電力に変換する電力変換装置において、
上記三相交流電源の出力電圧を整流する三相整流回路と、上記三相整流回路の出力電圧を昇圧する昇圧コンバータ回路と、上記昇圧コンバータ回路の出力電圧を平滑する平滑素子と、
上記平滑素子の出力電圧を検出する電圧検出回路と、上記三相整流回路の出力電流のリップル電流が重畳された交流電流成分を検出する交流電流成分検出回路と、上記昇圧コンバータ回路を制御するため、演算部とパルス発生部を有する制御回路とを備え、
上記電圧検出回路、上記演算部および上記パルス発生部で構成される単一のフィードバック制御ループを有し、
上記演算部において、上記昇圧コンバータ回路に対する出力電圧指令から上記交流電流成分検出回路からの検出信号と上記電圧検出回路からの検出信号を減じたものを偏差として求め、その偏差を零に抑制するため、単一のPI制御回路を有する上記パルス発生部からのパルス信号を上記昇圧コンバータ回路に出力するものであり、
上記昇圧コンバータ回路は、上記三相整流回路の出力電流を蓄積するリアクトルと、上記リアクトルに蓄積された電流の充放電を上記制御回路より出力される上記パルス信号のパルス幅に応じて制御するスイッチング素子とを有している電力変換装置。 - 上記演算部は、上記昇圧コンバータ回路に対する上記出力電圧指令Vs、上記交流電流成分検出回路からの上記検出信号ViL、および上記電圧検出回路からの上記検出信号VoLに基づいて上記偏差ΔVdc1(=Vs−ViL−VoL)を演算し、上記パルス発生部は、この演算部で得られた上記偏差ΔVdc1を零に抑制するための上記パルス信号を生成する請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。
- 上記パルス発生部は、上記演算部で算出された上記偏差ΔVdc1によって比例積分制御を行う上記PI制御回路、所定の周波数の三角波信号を発生する三角波発生回路、上記PI制御回路の出力信号と上記三角波発生回路からの三角波信号とを比較する比較回路、および上記比較回路の出力に応じて上記スイッチング素子のオン/オフ制御を行う駆動回路を備え、上記三角波発生回路の信号周波数は、上記三相交流電源の周波数よりも高く設定されている請求項2に記載の電力変換装置。
- 上記昇圧コンバータ回路に対する上記出力電圧指令値Vsを徐々に増加させるソフトスタート回路を備え、上記制御回路の上記演算部は上記ソフトスタート回路の出力信号Vs1、上記交流電流成分検出回路からの上記検出信号ViL、および上記電圧検出回路からの上記検出信号VoLに基づいて上記偏差ΔVdc1(=Vs1−ViL−VoL)を演算するものである請求項2または請求項3に記載の電力変換装置。
- 上記交流電流成分検出回路には、上記三相交流電源の6倍の周波数を通過帯域にもつフィルタが設けられている請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の電力変換装置。
- 上記三相整流回路に対して、上記昇圧コンバータ回路、上記平滑素子、上記電圧検出回路、上記交流電流成分検出回路、および上記制御回路からなる組が複数組並設されている請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の電力変換装置。
