Claims (9)
- 内部付属品を備え、パリソンから作製されたプラスチック壁を有する燃料タンクを製造する方法であって、以下の順で、
a)付属品がパリソンに囲まれるようにして、付属品および溶融パリソンを、少なくとも1つの可動部を備えたキャビティを含む鋳型に導入する工程と、
b)加圧ガスを、前記パリソン内部に導入して、前記パリソンのプレブロー成形を実施する工程と、
c)前記可動部を用いて、前記プレブロー成形したパリソンを前記付属品に対して、前記パリソンを貫通せずに両者をしっかりと取り付けるために、局所的にプレスする工程と、
d)前記鋳型を閉じ、前記加圧ガスを用いて、前記鋳型キャビティで平坦化することにより、前記パリソンの最終ブロー成形を実施する工程と、
e)前記タンクを前記鋳型から取り外す工程と
を含む方法において、
前記プレブロー成形を実施する工程b)中に、パリソンの上下端部は、鋳型の上下にそれぞれ配置された好適なデバイスにより、漏れないよう封止されているが、溶接はされていないことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記パリソンを前記付属品周囲で押出し、同時に、押出し機を出る際にその動きに従うデバイスを用いて、誘導し、開いた(分離された)ままとする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記押出し機が貯蔵ヘッドを含む請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記鋳型を開いたときは(すなわち、そのキャビティが分離されたときは)、可動部が鋳型から突出し、それを閉じたときは、可動部が動かず、鋳型内部で収縮し、前記鋳型が閉じたときに見られるキャビティの内側表面に端部が適合する(その連続部を形成する)、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程d)中、鋳型キャビティは互いにプレスされ、工程a)〜d)中前記付属品のサポートとして作用するブローピン周囲に前記パリソンを留め、工程d)の最後には外され、ピンを外すとき、工程e)の前に、適切なデバイスにより、鋳型に再封止される前記パリソンに開口部を残すことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程c)の後および工程d)の前に外されるサポートにより、前記付属品が前記パリソンに保持されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記付属品がノイズ低減バッフルである請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記バッフルが可変の形状を有しており、前記パリソンのブロー成形前に占める容積が、前記タンク操作時よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記可変の形状が、
−後の仕上げ操作中に配置されるスライド部を含む、
−前記プレブロー成形工程b)の終わりまで並列配置され、工程c)の直前に分離される2つの別個の部品を含む、または
−折り畳み式構造を有し、前記パリソンのブロー成形前に、前記パリソンにおいて折り畳み形態にある、バッフルの選択により得られる請求項8に記載の方法。
