Claims (2)
- 内部に溶湯を収容可能な溶湯鍋と、該溶湯鍋に設けられた回転軸と、前記溶湯鍋を前記回転軸周りに回転させるシリンダとを有する溶湯供給装置において、
前記溶湯鍋の回転角度が90度となる手前で前記シリンダを最大まで伸長させるようにし、前記溶湯鍋の前記回転軸に、溶湯の配湯路を設け、
前記溶湯鍋が、前記回転軸付近に曲率中心を有する断面円弧状の曲面部と、該曲面部の一端から前記曲面部の半径方向に延びた平面部とを有し、前記曲面部と前記平面部とで囲まれた断面扇形の空間に溶湯を収容可能とし、
前記溶湯鍋の回転角度が90度となる手前で、前記平面部が水平位置となるようにし、
前記平面部を構成する壁面の肉厚が、外径側へ向けて少しずつ増している溶湯供給装置。 - 前記溶湯鍋の前記回転軸を中空に形成し、前記回転軸の内孔を前記配湯路とした請求項1記載の溶湯供給装置。
