Description
Claims (11)
- 消費器(5)に作動液を供給するための液圧系(1)であって、
ポンプ(2)が設けられており、該ポンプ(2)は、作動液をリザーバ(7)から制御弁(10)を介して前記消費器(5)に搬送するようになっている形式のものにおいて、
前記制御弁(10)は、4ポート方向制御弁であり、2つの接続部(I,III)が前記ポンプ(2)の吸込側(9)とそれぞれ接続されていて、2つの接続部(II,IV)が前記リザーバ(7)とそれぞれ接続されていることを特徴とする、消費器(5)に作動液を供給するための液圧系。 - 前記制御弁(10)は、電気機械式に作動させられるようになっている、請求項1記載の液圧系。
- 前記制御弁(10)は、比例磁石(11)によって電気機械式に作動させられるようになっている、請求項2記載の液圧系。
- 前記制御弁(10)は、4ポート3位置方向制御弁である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の液圧系。
- 前記制御弁(10)は、第1の弁位置(A)を有しており、第1の弁位置(A)では、前記ポンプ(2)の前記吸込側(9)と接続された接続部(I)が、前記リザーバ(7)と接続された接続部(II)と接続されている、請求項4記載の液圧系。
- 第1の弁位置(A)で前記ポンプ(2)の前記吸込側(9)と接続された接続部(I)に、第1の絞り(23)が配置されている、請求項5記載の液圧系。
- 前記制御弁(10)は、第2の弁位置(B)を有しており、第2の弁位置(B)では、全ての接続部(I,II,III,IV)が遮断されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の液圧系。
- 前記制御弁(10)は、第3の弁位置(C)を有しており、第3の弁位置(C)では、前記ポンプ(2)の前記吸込側(9)と接続された接続部(I,III)が、前記リザーバ(7)と接続された接続部(II,IV)と接続されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の液圧系。
- 第3の弁位置(C)は、比例弁として、無段階で調節することができる、請求項8記載の液圧系。
- 第3の弁位置(C)で前記ポンプ(2)の前記吸込側(9)と接続された両接続部(I,III)に、絞り(23、24)がそれぞれ配置されている、請求項1または2記載の液圧系。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の液圧系(1)に用いるための制御弁(10)。
