Description
Claims (9)
- 2つの部材を互いに結合する方法において、
長さおよび幅の寸法をそれぞれ有する第1および第2の部材を提供し、前記長さの寸法のそれぞれは、前記幅の寸法のそれぞれよりも大きいことと、
第1のフィルム接着剤の層が前記第1の部材の一面をカバーするように、固体状態で前記層を置くことと、
第2のフィルム接着剤の積層が前記層の一面の長さ方向の中心部分に沿って位置合わせされるように、別の固体状態で前記積層を置き、この位置合わせ中に、前記積層は前記層の一面のかなりの部分をカバーしないことと、
前記層および前記積層が前記第1および第2の部材の間に配置されるように、前記第2の部材を前記第1の部材に位置合わせさせることと、
前記積層を押し付けて、前記層の一面をカバーし、前記層と前記第1の部材の一面との間の気泡を除去するために、圧力を加えて、前記第1および第2の部材を互いに押し付けて、前記積層を高さ方向に圧縮し、幅方向に広げることと、
前記第1および第2の部材を互いに結合するために、圧力をかけている間に、前記第1および第2の部材を加熱して、前記層および前記積層のそれぞれを液体状態に変化させることとを含む方法。 - 前記第1のフィルム接着剤の層は、繊維が組み込まれている請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2のフィルム接着剤のうちの少なくとも1つは、エポキシ樹脂からできている請求項1に記載の方法。

前記積層が前記第1および第2の部材の間に配置されるように、前記第2の部材を前記第1の部材に位置合わせさせることと、
前記積層を押し付けて、前記第1の部材の一面をカバーするために、低圧を加えて、前記第1および第2の部材を互いに押し付けて、前記積層を高さ方向に圧縮し、幅方向に広げることと、
空隙がない結合ラインにより前記第1および第2の部材を互いに結合するために、低圧をかけている間に、前記第1および第2の部材を加熱して、前記積層を液体状態に変化させることとを含む方法。 - 前記低圧を加えるステップは、1cm 2 当たり70.2gないし1cm 2 当たり351.1gの範囲で圧力を加えることを含む請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルム接着剤は、エポキシ樹脂からできている請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2の部材は、航空飛行体および宇宙飛行体の部品のうちの少なくとも1つである請求項4に記載の方法。
