Description
Claims (10)
- 複合積層体のホットドレープ成形中の層のしわを低減する方法であって、
可撓性の成形膜に配置された未硬化の複合積層素材上に引張り材料を載置することと、
成形ツールにおいて前記積層素材をホットドレープ成形することと、
前記積層素材が前記成形ツールで成形されている間、前記引張り材料および前記成形膜を用いて前記積層素材を圧縮することと、を含む方法であって、
前記積層素材上に前記引張り材料を載置することは、複数のガラス繊維シートを前記積層素材上に載置することを含み、前記複数のガラス繊維シートは、前記積層素材の実質的に全領域をまとめて覆い、前記シートの各々は、前記積層素材の外縁を越えて延びている、方法。 - テーブル上で前記積層素材を位置決めすることを更に含み、
前記引張り材料を前記積層素材上に載置することは、前記テーブルに前記引張り材料の外縁を重ねることと、前記テーブルに前記引張り材料の前記外縁を押し付けることと、を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記引張り材料の前記外縁の押し付けは、前記引張り材料の前記外縁に重量体を置くことにより実行される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ホットドレープ成形は、
前記積層素材に前記成形膜を封着することと、
前記成形膜と前記ツールとの間で真空を引くことと、
前記成形膜を用いて、前記ツールの表面において前記積層素材を成形することと、を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記引張り材料を用いて前記積層素材を圧縮することは、前記成形膜が前記ツールの表面で前記素材を成形する際に、前記成形膜に対して前記素材を押圧することを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記積層素材が、前記成形ツールでホットドレープ成形されている間、前記シートの各々の外縁を固定することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 複合積層部品をホットドレープ成形により形成する装置であって、
前記部品のアールを形成するための少なくとも1つのコーナー部を含み、複合積層素材を成形するツールと、
前記ツールにおいて前記積層素材を成形するように適合された成形膜と、
前記成形膜との間に前記積層素材が配置された引張り材料とを含み、当該引張り材料は、前記成形中に、前記コーナー部において、前記積層素材に圧縮力を加えることにより、前記アールにおける前記積層素材のしわを低減する、装置であって、
前記引張り材料は、前記積層素材の実質的に全領域をまとめて覆う複数のガラス繊維シートを含み、前記シートの各々は、前記積層素材の外縁を越えて延びている、装置。 - 前記各シートは、前記積層素材と対面接触して配置されるとともに、前記積層素材の外縁を越えて延びる外縁部を有しており、
前記各シートは、前記ツールにおける前記積層素材の成形中に、前記各シートを破れさせる引張り強度を有する、請求項7に記載の装置。 - 前記各シートの前記外縁部に沿って前記各シートを固定するために、前記外縁部に沿って配置されるとともに、前記外縁部に荷重を加える重量体を更に含む、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記各シートは、前記積層素材に対して表面粘着性を有する、請求項7に記載の装置。
