Description
<1> 導体と、前記導体を被覆する絶縁被覆層とを備える自動車用絶縁電線であって、
前記絶縁被覆層は、ポリプロピレン系樹脂65〜90重量部、金属水和物10〜40重量部、臭素系難燃剤20〜50重量部、三酸化アンチモン5〜30重量部、マレイン酸変性樹脂2〜15重量部の割合で含有し、さらに、ポリエチレン樹脂3〜10重量部及びエチレン系共重合体2〜10重量部の少なくとも一方を含有する非架橋型樹脂組成物から形成される、自動車用絶縁電線。
前記非架橋型樹脂組成物は、ポリプロピレン系樹脂65〜90重量部、金属水和物10〜40重量部、臭素系難燃剤20〜50重量部、三酸化アンチモン5〜30重量部、マレイン酸変性樹脂2〜15重量部の割合で含有し、さらに、ポリエチレン樹脂3〜10重量部及びエチレン系共重合体2〜10重量部の少なくとも一方を含有する、自動車用ワイヤーハーネス。
これにより、上記非架橋型樹脂組成物を含む絶縁保護材を備えた自動車用ワイヤーハーネスを提供することができる。
前記絶縁被覆層は、ポリプロピレン系樹脂65〜90重量部、金属水和物10〜40重量部、臭素系難燃剤20〜50重量部、三酸化アンチモン5〜30重量部、マレイン酸変性樹脂2〜15重量部、ポリエチレン樹脂3〜10重量部及びオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー2〜10重量部の割合で含有する非架橋型樹脂組成物から形成される、自動車用絶縁電線。
<4> 複数の絶縁電線を含む電線束と、前記電線束の外周を保護する非架橋型樹脂組成物を含む絶縁保護材と、を備える自動車用ワイヤーハーネスであって、
前記非架橋型樹脂組成物は、ポリプロピレン系樹脂65〜90重量部、金属水和物10〜40重量部、臭素系難燃剤20〜50重量部、三酸化アンチモン5〜30重量部、マレイン酸変性樹脂2〜15重量部、ポリエチレン樹脂3〜10重量部及びオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー2〜10重量部の割合で含有する、自動車用ワイヤーハーネス。
本明細書において“重量%”及び“重量部”は、それぞれ“質量%”及び“質量部”と同義である。
本発明において、ハロゲンフリーまたはノンハロゲンとは、ハロゲン化合物を、樹脂組成物における難燃性などの各種機能を発現させるための有効成分としては含有しないことを言い、不可避的にわずかに含まれる不純物等としてのハロゲンをも含まないことを意味するものではない。
ポリプロピレン系樹脂、金属水和物、臭素系難燃剤、三酸化アンチモン、マレイン酸変性樹脂、ポリエチレン樹脂については上記実施形態と同様である。オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマーは、ハードセグメントとしてのポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン等と、ソフトセグメントとしてのエチレン−プロピレン−ジエンゴム(EPDM)、エチレン−プロピレンゴム(EPM)等と、から構成される。オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマーとしては、例えば、ミラストマー(三井化学社製)、住友TPE(住友化学社製)、サーモラン(三菱化学社製)、等が挙げられる。これらは単独で使用してもよく、二種以上を併用してもよい。また、オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマーは、これらのみに限定されるものではなく、本発明の目的に反しない限りこれら以外のオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマーであってもよい。
JIS K 7161(1994年)に準拠し、試験片としては1mm厚プレスシートを、ダンベルで3号型に打ち抜いたものを使用した。引っ張り速度は50mm/分とした。伸び率300%以上を○、300%未満を×として評価した。
絶縁電線に対し、ISO 6722(2006年)に準じた難燃性試験を行った。70秒以内に消炎したものを○、70秒を超え120秒未満のものを実用上は問題がないとして△、120秒以上のものを×として評価した。
摩耗性の試験は、スクレープ摩耗試験装置を用いて行った。すなわち、長さ約1mの絶縁電線をサンプルホルダーに載置し、クランプで固定する。そして、絶縁電線の先端に直径0.45mmのピアノ線を備えるプランジを、押圧を用いて総荷重7Nで絶縁電線に押し当てて往復させ(往復距離14mm)、絶縁電線の被覆層が摩耗してプランジのピアノ線が絶縁電線の導体に接するまでの往復回数を測定し、300回以上のものを合格(○)とし、300回未満100回以上のものを実用上は問題がない(△)とし、100回未満のものを不合格(×)とした。
長さ80mm、幅5mm、厚さ1.5mmの板状の試験片を用意し、この試験片の長手方向一端側20mmを固定台に固定し、他端側60mmを固定台から水平に突出させた。そして、上記他端から10mmの部分に20gのおもりを吊し、30秒後の試験片の撓み量をスケールによって測定した。試験片を引く力が0.08N以下で撓み量が15mm以上のものを合格(○)とし、試験片を引く力が0.09N以上で撓み量が14mm未満のものを実用上は問題がない(△)とし、試験片を引く力が0.1N以上で撓み量が13mm未満のものを不合格(×)とした。
ISO6722(2006年)に準拠して行われ、試験片バッテリー液に接触させた場合に、溶解、変質しない場合を合格(○)とし、溶解や変質を起こす場合を不合格(×)とした。

マレイン酸変性樹脂:商品名/ユーメックス1001(三洋化成(株)社製)
ポリエチレン樹脂:商品名/ノバテックHB332R(日本ポリエチレン(株)社製)
金属水和物難燃剤:商品名/キスマ5A(協和化学(株)社製)
臭素系難燃剤:商品名/SAYTEX8010(アルベマール(株)社製)
三酸化アンチモン:商品名/PATOX M(日本精鉱(株)社製)
オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー:商品名/サーモランZ102B(三菱化学(株)社製)
また、表5〜7に示すように、実施例2−1〜2−19は、ポリプロピレン系樹脂65〜90重量部、金属水和物10〜40重量部、臭素系難燃剤20〜50重量部、三酸化アンチモン5〜30重量部、マレイン酸変性樹脂2〜15重量部、ポリエチレン樹脂3〜10重量部及びオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー2〜10重量部の範囲内であり、引張伸び、難燃性、耐摩耗性、柔軟性、および耐バッテリー液性の全ての評価で合格または実用上問題ないレベルであった。

- 導体と、前記導体を被覆する絶縁被覆層とを備える自動車用絶縁電線であって、
前記絶縁被覆層は、ポリプロピレン系樹脂65〜90重量部、金属水和物10〜40重量部、臭素系難燃剤20〜50重量部、三酸化アンチモン5〜30重量部、マレイン酸変性樹脂2〜15重量部の割合で含有し、さらに、ポリエチレン樹脂3〜10重量部及びエチレン系共重合体2〜10重量部の少なくとも一方を含有する非架橋型樹脂組成物から形成される、自動車用絶縁電線。 - 複数の絶縁電線を含む電線束と、前記電線束の外周を保護する非架橋型樹脂組成物を含む絶縁保護材と、を備える自動車用ワイヤーハーネスであって、
前記非架橋型樹脂組成物は、ポリプロピレン系樹脂65〜90重量部、金属水和物10〜40重量部、臭素系難燃剤20〜50重量部、三酸化アンチモン5〜30重量部、マレイン酸変性樹脂2〜15重量部の割合で含有し、さらに、ポリエチレン樹脂3〜10重量部及びエチレン系共重合体2〜10重量部の少なくとも一方を含有する、自動車用ワイヤーハーネス。 - 導体と、前記導体を被覆する絶縁被覆層とを備える自動車用絶縁電線であって、
