Description
Claims (12)
- 工作機械と共に用いるための測定装置であって、測定プローブとプローブインタフェースとを具え、
前記測定プローブは物体の寸法を取得するための測定部を具え、
前記プローブインタフェースは、出力部と、作動停止部と、装置使用モジュールとを具え、
前記出力部は、取得した物体の寸法に関する測定データを出力するように形成され、
前記作動停止部は、前記測定データの出力が阻止されるように測定装置の通常作動を禁止することを可能にし、
前記作動停止部は、使用中に前記装置使用モジュールから装置使用情報を読み取り、前記装置使用情報が1つ以上のあらかじめ設定された条件を満たしていない場合、この測定装置の通常作動を禁止するように形成され、前記装置使用情報は測定装置の総使用回数を与え、
前記装置使用モジュールは、前記プローブインタフェース内に一体化され、前記装置使用情報を格納した内部メモリーを具え、
この測定装置は関連ユニットと通信することができ、前記関連ユニットは前記装置使用モジュールの内部メモリーに格納された前記装置使用情報を更新可能にすることを特徴とする測定装置。 - 前記作動停止部は、前記装置使用モジュールにより格納された装置使用情報を更新可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定装置。
- 前記装置使用情報は物体の寸法の測定回数に関する測定カウント値を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の測定装置。
- 前記装置使用モジュールのメモリーに格納された前記測定カウント値は、測定装置によって物体の寸法を取得する毎に減少し、前記測定カウント値がゼロよりも大きい場合に前記1つ以上のあらかじめ設定された条件が満たされることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の測定装置。
- 前記装置使用情報が測定装置の作動時間の長さに関する情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4の何れかに記載の測定装置。
- 関連ユニットと通信するためのインタフェースを具えていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5の何れかに記載の測定装置。
- 関連ユニットの真正性を確認するための認証モジュールを具えていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6の何れかに記載の測定装置。
- 前記インタフェースは、関連ユニットの相互に補完し合う電気接点との電気的接続を可能にするための1つ以上の電気接点を具えていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の測定装置。
- 前記作動停止部は、全解除コードを受信次第、恒久的に使用できないようにされ、これによって測定装置の通常作動の推進を可能にすることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8の何れかに記載の測定装置。
- 前記測定プローブおよび前記プローブインタフェースは、無線通信リンクを介して通信
することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9の何れかに記載の測定装置。 - 前記測定部が撓み測定機構と可撓性スタイラスとを具えていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10の何れかに記載の測定装置。
- 前記測定プローブが接触トリガープローブであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項11の何れかに記載の測定装置。
