Description
ハイビーム用配光パターンを形成する際、ロービーム用配光パターンに対して付加される付加配光パターンを形成するように構成された車両用照明灯具において、
車両前後方向に延びる光軸上に配置された投影レンズと、この投影レンズの後側焦点よりも後方側に配置された光源と、この光源からの光を前方へ向けて上記光軸寄りに反射させるリフレクタと、上記投影レンズの後側焦点面近傍において上記リフレクタからの反射光の一部を遮蔽して上記付加配光パターンに鉛直カットオフラインを形成するためのシェードと、このシェードを左右方向に移動させるアクチュエータとを備え、上記光源および上記リフレクタがリフレクタユニットとして左右方向に複数組配置されてなる灯具ユニットと、
上記シェードの移動と連動して上記各リフレクタユニットの光源を点消灯制御する点灯制御回路と、を備えてなり、
上記シェードが、上記複数のリフレクタユニットのうち所定のリフレクタユニットからの照射光を遮蔽する位置まで移動したとき、上記点灯制御回路が、該所定のリフレクタユニットの光源を消灯させるように構成されている、ことを特徴とするものである。

Claims (3)
- ハイビーム用配光パターンを形成する際、ロービーム用配光パターンに対して付加される付加配光パターンを形成するように構成された車両用照明灯具において、
車両前後方向に延びる光軸上に配置された投影レンズと、この投影レンズの後側焦点よりも後方側に配置された光源と、この光源からの光を前方へ向けて上記光軸寄りに反射させるリフレクタと、上記投影レンズの後側焦点面近傍において上記リフレクタからの反射光の一部を遮蔽して上記付加配光パターンに鉛直カットオフラインを形成するためのシェードと、このシェードを左右方向に移動させるアクチュエータとを備え、上記光源および上記リフレクタがリフレクタユニットとして左右方向に複数組配置されてなる灯具ユニットと、
上記シェードの移動と連動して上記各リフレクタユニットの光源を点消灯制御する点灯制御回路と、を備えてなり、
上記シェードが、上記複数のリフレクタユニットのうち所定のリフレクタユニットからの照射光を遮蔽する位置まで移動したとき、上記点灯制御回路が、該所定のリフレクタユニットの光源を消灯させるように構成されている、ことを特徴とする車両用照明灯具。 - 上記複数のリフレクタユニット相互間の境界位置に、互いに隣接するリフレクタ同士を仕切る隔壁がそれぞれ設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用照明灯具。
- 上記各隔壁の左右両側面が、鏡面として形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の車両用照明灯具。
