Claims (18)
- a)平らな表面を有するアノード層と、
b)前記アノード層を覆った電解質層と、
c)前記電解質層を覆った平らな表面を有するカソード層と
を含み、前記アノード層および前記カソード層の少なくとも1つが、少なくとも1つの支持構造物を含有する少なくとも1つのガス流路を画定し、そして、支持構造物は前記アノードやカソードとは異なる組成からなる、
固体酸化物形燃料電池。 - 前記アノード層および前記カソード層の少なくとも1つが、少なくとも1つの支持構造物を含有する複数のガス流路を画定する、請求項1に記載の固体酸化物形燃料電池。
- 前記アノード層または前記カソード層が多孔性である、請求項1に記載の固体酸化物形
燃料電池。 - 前記支持構造物が多孔性である、請求項1に記載の固体酸化物形燃料電池。
- 前記支持構造物が、Iビーム、アーチ、長さに沿って孔を画定する管、多孔円柱、およびU字形ブレースからなる群から選択される断面形状を有する、請求項1に記載の固体酸
化物形燃料電池。 - 前記支持構造物が、前記電解質層に最も近接した前記流路の一部分において開いている、請求項5に記載の固体酸化物形燃料電池。
- 前記支持構造物が、ニッケル、酸化ニッケル、イットリア安定化ジルコニア、マンガン酸ランタンストロンチウム、チタン酸ランタンストロンチウム、チタネート、アルミナ、ジルコニア、およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される材料を含有する、請求項5に記載の固体酸化物形燃料電池。
- 前記支持構造物が前記ガス流路を占める、請求項1に記載の固体酸化物形燃料電池。
- 前記支持構造物が、酸化ニッケル(NiO)、イットリア安定化ジルコニア(YSZ)、イットリア(Y2O3)、アルミナ(Al2O3)、マンガン酸ランタンストロンチウム(LSM)、ランタンストロンチウムフェライト(LSF)、ランタンストロンチウムコバルタイトフェライト(LSCF)、およびBa、Ca、Sr、およびYなどのカチオンを含有するチタネートからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの材料を含有する、請求項8に記載の固体酸化物形燃料電池。
- 前記支持構造物が、NiO、YSZ、Y2O3、Al2O3、LSM、LSF、LSCF、およびBa、Ca、Sr、およびYなどのカチオンを含有するチタネートのブレンドを含有する、請求項9に記載の固体酸化物形燃料電池。
- a)アノード層と、
b)前記アノード層を覆った電解質層と、
c)前記電解質層を覆ったカソード層と
を含み、前記アノード層および前記カソード層の双方が、少なくとも1つの支持構造物を含有する少なくとも1つのガス流路を画定し、そして、支持構造物は前記アノードやカソードとは異なる組成からなる、
固体酸化物形燃料電池。 - 複数の副電池を備える固体酸化物形燃料電池の積層体であって、各副電池が、
a)平らな表面を有するアノード層と、
b)前記アノード層を覆った電解質層と、
c)前記電解質層を覆った平らな表面を有するカソード層と、
d)前記カソードに接しかつ前記電解質から離れた側の第1の接着層と、
e)前記第1の接着層に接した相互接続層と、
f)前記相互接続層に接しかつ前記積層体の副電池の前記第1の接着層から離れた側にあり、前記積層体の隣接した副電池の前記アノード層に隣接した第2の接着層と
を含み、前記アノード層および前記カソード層の少なくとも1つが、少なくとも1つの支持構造物を含有する少なくとも1つのガス流路を画定し、そして、支持構造物は前記アノードやカソードとは異なる組成からなる、
積層体。 - 前記アノード層および前記カソード層の少なくとも1つが、少なくとも1つの支持構造物を含有する複数のガス流路を画定する、請求項12に記載の積層体。
- 前記支持構造物が、Iビーム、アーチ、長さに沿って孔を画定する管、多孔円柱、およびU字形ブレースからなる群から選択される断面形状を有する、請求項12に記載の積層体。
- 前記支持構造物が、前記電解質層に最も近接した前記流路の一部分において開いている、請求項14に記載の積層体。
- 前記支持構造物が、ニッケル、酸化ニッケル、イットリア安定化ジルコニア、マンガン酸ランタンストロンチウム、チタン酸ランタンストロンチウム、チタネート、アルミナ、ジルコニア、およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される材料を含有する、請求項14に記載の積層体。
- 前記支持構造物が前記ガス流路を占める、請求項12に記載の積層体。
- 前記支持構造物が、酸化ニッケル(NiO)、イットリア安定化ジルコニア(YSZ)、イットリア(Y2O3)、アルミナ(Al2O3)、マンガン酸ランタンストロンチウム(LSM)、ランタンストロンチウムフェライト(LSF)、ランタンストロンチウムコバルタイトフェライト(LSCF)、およびBa、Ca、Sr、およびYなどのカチオンを含有するチタネートからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの材料を含有する、請求項17に記載の積層体。
