Claims (4)
- 加熱後の処理対象物が所定の搬送方向に沿って搬入される冷却室を備えた連続式焼成炉であって、
前記冷却室は、前記搬送方向に直交する方向の全域にわたって均一に冷却気体を吹き出す導入ダクトと、前記冷却室内の気体を前記搬送方向に直交する方向の全域にわたって均一に排出する排気ダクトと、を前記搬送方向に沿って同一の内壁面に備え、
前記導入ダクト及び前記排気ダクトが開口する前記内壁面には水冷フィンが突出し、
前記導入ダクトから導入された空気の流路は前記水冷フィンの長手方向に平行である連続式焼成炉。 - 前記排気ダクトは、前記搬送方向における前記導入ダクトの上流側に配置された請求項1に記載の連続式焼成炉。
- 前記導入ダクトは、前記冷却室内を前記排気ダクトに向かう方向に冷却気体を吹き出す請求項1又は2に記載の連続式焼成炉。
- 前記導入ダクト及び前記排気ダクトを前記冷却室の上側の内壁面に備えた請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の連続式焼成炉。
