外周にねじ溝の刻設された送りねじ軸と、
前記ねじ溝に螺合され、前記送りねじ軸の外周側に設けられる変位体と、
前記スライダに対して前記変位体を相対変位自在に支持する支持機構と、
を備えることを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- ボディの軸線方向に沿って変位自在なスライダを有したアクチュエータに用いられる送りねじ機構であって、
外周に第1ねじ溝が刻設された送りねじ軸と、
前記第1ねじ溝に螺合し、前記送りねじ軸の外周側に設けられる第2ねじ溝が刻設された円筒状の変位体と、
前記送りねじ軸の第1ねじ溝と前記円筒状の変位体の第2ねじ溝との間に介装される複数のボールと、
前記スライダに対して前記円筒状の変位体を相対変位自在に支持する支持機構と、
を備え、
前記スライダは上方に向かって開口した断面U字状の凹部が形成されると共に前記スライダの外側面には第2ガイド溝を有し、前記断面U字状の凹部内周面と前記円筒状の変位体の外周面との間にクリアランスを介して前記円筒状の変位体が受容され、
前記支持機構は、前記スライダの変位方向と直交し、該スライダと前記変位体とを貫通するように設けられた一組のピン部材からなり、
前記一組のピン部材は、
前記送りねじ軸を挟んで互いに一直線上となるように前記円筒状の変位体に設けられた一組のピン孔にそれぞれ挿入され、
前記ピン部材の前記スライダから突出する部分の長さが前記クリアランスの間隔に前記ピン孔の深さを加えた長さよりも短く設けられ、
前記凹部に受容される前記円筒状の変位体を前記変位方向と直交方向に変位自在に支持し、
前記ボディは、
前記ボディの軸線方向に沿って延在するベース部と、
前記ベース部の両側部に立設されると共に内壁面には前記第2ガイド溝に臨むように第1ガイド溝が設けられるガイド部と、
を備え、
前記第1ガイド溝と前記第2ガイド溝との間に球状のガイド体が設けられることにより、前記ガイド体を介して前記スライダが前記ボディの軸線方向に沿って変位することを特徴とする送りねじ機構。 - 請求項1記載の送りねじ機構において、
前記支持機構は、前記変位体が前記スライダの変位方向へ該スライダと相対変位を規制することを特徴とする送りねじ機構。 - 請求項1又は2記載の送りねじ機構において、
前記支持機構は、前記変位体が前記送りねじ軸に対して回転方向へ相対変位することを規制し、且つ、前記変位体を、前記スライダの軸線と直交する基線を中心として回転自在に支持することを特徴とする送りねじ機構。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の送りねじ機構において、
前記アクチュエータは、前記ボディに設けられ、前記送りねじ軸に連結されると共に通電作用下に回転駆動する駆動部を有することを特徴とする送りねじ機構。
