Claims (2)
- 検出コイルと、前記検出コイルの近傍に配置されるとともに対象物の変位と連動して前記検出コイルに対して所定の軌道上を変位する検出体と、前記検出体の変位に応じて変化する前記検出コイルのインダクタンスに対応した周波数の発振信号を出力する発振部と、前記発振部から出力された発振信号の発振周期に基づいて前記対象物の変位を検出する信号処理部とを備え、前記発振部の後段には、前記発振部から出力される発振信号の有無を検出するとともに、前記発振信号が無い場合に異常が発生した旨を前記信号処理部に知らせる無信号検出部が設けられ、前記発振部と前記無信号検出部との間には、少なくとも前記発振信号の周波数よりも高い周波数の信号を遮断するローパスフィルタが設けられたことを特徴とするポジションセンサ。
- 前記信号処理部の後段には、前記信号処理部で検出された前記対象物の変位情報を含む信号を外部に出力する出力部が設けられ、前記出力部には、自身を動作させるための動作電力を供給する電力供給部が設けられ、前記電力供給部は、前記無信号検出部において異常の発生が検出されると前記出力部への動作電力の供給を停止することを特徴とする請求項1記載のポジションセンサ。
