Abstract
【解決手段】充填状態スイッチが少なくとも1つの電磁的な信号を形成する信号発生器、測定導体装置および基準導体装置を有し、測定導体装置および基準導体装置には信号発生器によって形成された電磁的な信号がそれぞれ供給され、測定導体装置は供給された電磁的な信号がこの測定導体装置は媒体によって包囲されているか否かに依存して変化するように構成され配置され、基準導体装置は供給された電磁的な信号が媒体の充填状態に依存しないように構成され配置され、測定導体装置の所定の個所には測定電圧を検出する測定電圧取り出し部が設けられ、基準導体装置の所定の個所には基準電圧を検出する基準電圧取り出し部が設けられ、測定電圧を基準電圧と比較し、比較の結果に依存する切り替え信号を出力する電圧比較器が設けられる。

Description
測定導体装置5と基準導体装置6が実質的に同一の温度影響を受けることによって、実際に容器1内の媒体2との相互作用に起因し、温度ドリフトのような他の外部パラメータの変化にのみ起因するものではない測定電圧の変化のみが切り替え信号として解釈される。
Claims (20)
- 容器(1)内に存在する媒体(2)の充填状態を検出し、前記充填状態に対応する切り替え信号を出力する充填状態スイッチにおいて、
少なくとも1つの電磁的な信号を形成する信号発生器(3)、測定導体装置(5)および基準導体装置(6)を有し、前記測定導体装置(5)および前記基準導体装置(6)には前記信号発生器(3)によって形成された電磁的な信号がそれぞれ供給され、前記測定導体装置(5)は供給された前記電磁的な信号が該測定導体装置(5)は前記媒体(2)によって包囲されているか否かに依存して変化するように構成され配置されており、前記基準導体装置(6)は供給された前記電磁的な信号が前記媒体(2)の充填状態に依存しないように構成され配置されており、前記測定導体装置(5)の所定の個所には測定電圧を検出するための測定電圧取り出し部(8)が設けられており、前記基準導体装置(6)の所定の個所には基準電圧を検出するための基準電圧取り出し部(9)が設けられており、前記測定電圧を前記基準電圧と比較し、該比較の結果に依存する切り替え信号を出力する電圧比較器(12)が設けられていることを特徴とする、充填状態スイッチ。 - 前記信号発生器(3)によって形成される電磁的な信号として所定の周波数を有する高周波信号が使用される、請求項1記載の充填状態スイッチ。
- 前記測定導体装置(5)および前記基準導体装置(6)には信号結合器(4)を介してそれぞれ同一の信号が供給される、請求項1または2記載の充填状態スイッチ。
- 前記測定導体装置(5)は前記容器(1)内に挿入されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の充填状態スイッチ。
- 前記測定導体装置(5)および前記基準導体装置(6)は前記容器(1)内に挿入されている共通のセンサロッド(13)の内部に設けられている、請求項4記載の充填状態スイッチ。
- 誘電性のセンサロッド(13)が設けられている、請求項5記載の充填状態スイッチ。
- 前記測定導体装置(5)は前記センサロッド(13)の外側の領域に設けられており、前記基準導体装置(6)は前記センサロッド(13)の内側の領域に設けられている、請求項5または6記載の充填状態スイッチ。
- 測定導体装置(5)および/または基準導体装置(6)として二重導体装置が設けられている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の充填状態スイッチ。
- 前記測定導体装置(5)は開かれた端部(7)を有する、請求項8記載の充填状態スイッチ。
- 例えば1つの共通の基準導体装置(6)を有する複数の測定導体装置(5)が設けられている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の充填状態スイッチ。
- 容器(1)内に存在する媒体(2)の充填状態を検出し、前記充填状態に対応する切り替え信号を出力する方法において、
測定導体装置(5)および基準導体装置(6)にそれぞれ電磁的な信号を供給し、前記測定導体装置(5)が前記媒体(2)によって包囲されているか否かに依存して、前記測定導体装置(2)に供給された信号が変化するよう前記測定導体装置(5)を構成および配置し、前記基準導体装置(6)に供給された信号が前記媒体(2)の充填状態に依存しないように前記基準導体装置(6)を構成および配置し、前記測定導体装置(5)の所定の個所において測定電圧を取り出し、前記基準導体装置(6)の所定の個所において基準電圧を取り出し、前記測定電圧を前記基準電圧と比較し、該比較の結果に依存する切り替え信号を出力することを特徴とする、方法。 - 電磁的な信号として所定の周波数を有する高周波信号を使用する、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記測定導体装置(5)および前記基準導体装置(6)にそれぞれ同一の信号を供給する、請求項11または12記載の方法。
- 前記容器(1)内に挿入されている測定導体装置(5)を使用する、請求項11から13までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記容器(1)内に挿入されているセンサロッド(13)を使用し、該センサロッド(13)内には前記測定導体装置(5)および前記基準導体装置(6)が設けられている、請求項14記載の方法。
- 誘電性のセンサロッド(13)を使用する、請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記測定導体装置(5)を前記センサロッド(13)の外側の領域に配置し、前記基準導体装置(6)を前記センサロッド(13)の内側の領域に配置する、請求項15または16記載の方法。
- 測定導体装置(5)および/または基準導体装置(6)として二重導体装置を使用する、請求項11から17までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 開かれた端部(7)を有する前記測定導体装置(5)を使用する、請求項18記載の方法。
- 例えば1つの共通の基準導体装置(6)を有する複数の測定導体装置(5)を使用する、請求項11から19までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
