Claims (5)
- WLANチップセット(3)は、IEEE802.11p標準に基づく第1のモードと、他のIEEE802.11標準に基づく第2のモードとの間の制御コマンドによって切り換えることができ、さらに、装置(1)は、制御コマンドを使用して、WLANチップセット(3)のモードを切り換える制御装置(5)を有し、制御装置(5)は、ドライバー支援システムの形である車両制御システム(7)に対するインターフェース(6)を有し、さらに、制御装置(5)は、車両状態を確認し、WLANチップセット(3)のモードは、車両状態に基づいて切り換えられ、車両が走行しているときに、IEEE802.11p標準に基づく第1のモードへの切り換えが行われることを特徴とする、IEEE802.11p標準に基づく安全情報と、他のIEEE802.11標準に基づく非安全関連情報との両方を有し、WLANチップセット(3)を有する送信および/または受信装置(2)を有する、IEEE802.11標準WLANに基づく車両対車両の通信における情報を送信するための装置。
- 制御装置(5)は、車両状態に基づくモードを切り換えるための制御コマンドを与えるために設置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- IEEE802.11標準WLANに基づく車両対車両の通信における情報を送信するための、IEEE802.11p標準に基づく第1のモードと、他のIEEE802.11標準に基づく第2のモードとの間の制御コマンドによって切り換えることができ、IEEE802.11p標準に基づく安全情報と、他のIEEE802.11標準に基づく非安全関連情報との両方が送信され、制御装置(5)は、車両状態を確認し、WLANチップセット(3)のモードは、車両状態に基づいて切り換えられ、車両が走行しているときに、IEEE802.11p標準に基づく第1のモードへの切り換えが行われる、WLANチップセット(3)の使用方法。
- WLANチップセット(3)は、IEEE802.11p標準に基づく第1のモードと、他のIEEE802.11標準に基づく第2のモードとの間で切り換えられ、制御装置(5)は、車両状態を確認し、WLANチップセット(3)のモードは、車両状態に基づいて切り換えられ、車両が走行しているときに、IEEE802.11p標準に基づく第1のモードへの切り換えが行われることを特徴とする、IEEE802.11標準WLANであって、送信されるIEEE802.11p標準に基づく安全情報と、他のIEEE802.11標準に基づく非安全関連情報との両方を有するものに基づく車両対車両の通信における情報を送信するための方法。
- IEEE802.11p標準に基づく第1のモードと、他のIEEE802.11標準に基づく第2のモードとの間の切り換えは、規定された時間間隔の後に行われることを特徴とする請求項4のうちの1項記載の方法。
